Haven't had Arby's in a while and haven't reviewed this particular location. Everything was excellent and service was great!
We love Arby's now and then.. you can't beat the roast beef! We eat it at least once a month. It's a little more expensive than other fast food but it's worth it.
I ordered a chicken bacon and swill w/no lettuce tomato or honey dijon, they also left off the bacon. They weren't paying attention to the counter... they were too busy looking at something on the cashiers back. The recipt even showed correctly how I wanted my sandwich, but they tried to act like I ordered it without bacon. No mam. This shows what I ordered!
Arby's has a sign posted on the door for limited capacity in house dining. But the doors are locked with the drive thru line wrapped around the building. The workers did not open the door when people knocked in the rain and the dining area was empty. Unacceptable and False advertising
Customer service was ok
Food was under cooked and could be a health hazard. First bite was iffy. Second bite I might as well just ate a raw roll of ground beef ????????♀️ You order steaks rare not burgers. Pic doesn’t depict how bad it actually was…
I will say this Arby's was a little better than the one I stopped at a week ago.and once again, I bring attention to cleaning . the floor was very sticky from a soda that was not clean properly, nothing is worse, is walking across a floor and your sneakers sticking to it. Arby's get your game together
Lady working the register is the best! Couldn’t catch her name on her badge but it starts with a V. Good customer service is hard to find especially in fast food. Been here twice and both times she was amazing
We had an order that was messed and we called them to let them know and Justin the GM went above and beyond. Best Arby’s that I have to in a while.
