The whole point of an online order is that I can come I to the lobby and pick up my food WITHOUT having to spend 10+ minutes sitting in the drive thru. Why is your lobby locked during the busiest time of the day!?
I ordered a meal with potato cakes, when we got our food, I went to eat the potato cakes and they were room temp like they'd been sitting out for a long time. I took them back up to see if they could at least heat them up, and they took them from me, and instead of tossing them, they just dumped them back into the storage to give to somebody else while they made new ones that wouldnt be cold, which as a former food service worker, I was HORRIFIED, because that is NOT safe food practices! Like, I touched those cuz I was going to eat them! THATS how I knew they were cold, like holy cow man! I don't think I've seen anything like that in a while!
Last time we had to go in for arby sauce. This time we ask for lots of arby sauce. We only gotten two packets. Are you guys running out of sauce or do you not understand lot of sauce.
there is a piece of hair on my gyro . Not Sure Why restaurants in port huron don’t wear hair nets anyways but this is disgusting now …. i have clearer pics if need be . but as soon as i unwrapped my gyro and tried to place it back together to eat it i saw this circle string of black hair on my meat this is gross. not trying to eat people hygiene here
Great food, service, and cleanliness!!! Manager that took my order was very friendly and helpful!!!!
Food was OK
Staff was pushy and didn't get the order right.
No straws with the drinks either.
They screw up orders and omit items it makes a trip thru the drive Thru for fast food a trip back inside to correct the mistakes to come back out to cold slow food not fun.
This is a pic of my 1/2 pound sandwich. I've been ordering these for years and this is by far the smallest sandwich I've ever received. Not worth a return trip. Just very disappointing. They also failed to include my son's entire meal. We e weren't charged for it, but we DID order it. Horrible service at this location.**Update** 2/14/22 Tried Arbys again. They can't seem to tell the difference between a Beef and Cheddar sandwich and a Roast Beef sandwich. One has an onion bun and arby and cheddar sauce. The Roast Beef has a sesame seed bun and no sauces unless added. A second trip for the correct order every time.
Lady was completely unhappy being there and it was clear the way she treated me. Gave me my food forgot part of my order and I sat there and she goes "what do you need" with an awful attitude... when I am the nicest person....I get home and the bread looked like it had mold it was green and weird looking...such a bad experience...I never write reviews but this was unacceptable...
