I ordered 2 beef and cheddars with no red sauce and horsey packets. No horsey packets. Now I don't even want these dry ass sandwiches. I don't understand why it's so hard to read and follow directions!!! $15 for 2 dry ass sandwiches smfh.
The food was decent, but the service wasn't. I was the only customer there and still waited 7 minutes for food, 2 items, and one still came cold. I like Arby's, the prices are fair and options good but it's so hard to get a correct or hot order .
A year later, I went back, and the service was friendly but again slow and horrible food. The new bacon sandwich, which is almost 7 dollars alone, looks nothing like advertised. It's a few strips of flavorless bacon and some bacon bit crumbs sprinkled on top. This is the last time here. At least have hot fries, but even that won't make up for this waste of money. Look at this thing. You should be embarrassed Arby's.
Take a look at this Buffalo chicken wrap...what a mess! I ordered it in the drive through thinking that a wrap would be a less messy selection than a sandwich but boy was I wrong. I thought maybe its all in the middle so I took a bite and a fatty wad of sauce shot out the back and all over me. I frantically reached in the bag for a napkin, but the cashier didn't put any in the dang bag! I was in a rush to go to work so I was royally effed! The food came out fast af (that's the only positive part) but I'd much rather wait a minute and get my food made properly.
The fish sandwich wasn't fresh. Seemed as if it was reheated in the microwave. The fries was tasty tho.
This location was amazing today the food was excellent and I've eaten here twice this week. The service was perfect.
I have had mixed results with service and consistent food quality.in recent visits, but this one was a pleasant surprise. The service was great and so was the food.
I have to say this Arby's definitely gives good customer service! I didn't realize my order was not complete before I got home. It was almost a hour before I realized due to running errands, and when I noticed, I called them. They made sure I got fresh food and gave me the option to get a sandwich or something else on the house. I would highly recommend.
Sooo I went and order this meal and the workers forgot to give me the soda I notice once I got home so I go back they hook me up give me the soda. When I get back home my wife noticed she also missing the French dip. I got a little irritated but I went back calm and nice and ask if the manager can besides giving me the French dip I ask her if she could she hook me up with some free mozzarellas stick and she did plus I was starving so that was god. Idk the manager lady name but she was awesome if u get to read this. This is the bald Puerto Rican guy in the black lancer. Thank u so much hun. Best services ever
