Food was good, not warm but ok. The Coke machine, sauce holder were nasty. Mold on the place where ice comes out, mold on the place the drinks come out. Dirt on the ice machine and the counter, neither looks like they have been wiped down in awhile. Food was on floors under benches against the walls. Restroom leaks water when you flush it. Will not be coming back here.
Got here about 3:30 pm Saturday & all was very quiet but Food & service were the best compared to other Arbies I've been in! I am a long haul Truck driver & we 'see' the good, the bad, & the extremely gross. I will stop back when opportunity allows.
Wemt Arby's last night to get food stood and waited 10 mins before someone finally came and took my order. They had 2 employees laying down rather than taking my order
$7 double meat meal was a great way to get full. If you like the cheese but don't like an onion bun expect for it to wrong every time you order. I don't understand why ordering a Classic Beef and Cheese and substitute a sesame seed bun is so confusing.
new, clean store. worker bees are working away, very helpful pleasant workers. The drive-thru gets pretty busy. i dined in. i ate half of my sandwich & brought it home. it's very filling. curly fries are tasty ????
If you want a cold chicken sandwich and old sliced cheese that is hardened and falling apart then this is the place for you. Very disappointed since meals cost over $10 now for fast food that no one cares enough about to serve food warm and fresh. I get its fast food but this is extremely disappointing especially when I had to switch out my Hawaiian bun for sour dough because they didn't have it and now I am going to use my own cheese and toaster oven to heat up my food that cost $10 mind you. This is awful.

This was supposed to be my kids meals.
They couldn’t eat any of it.
Nuggets were hard, brunt. The fries were like rocks!
The sandwich bread was hard and old.
I kept calling but the phone is disconnected. This was on Sunday ! I’ve been calling for three days now. Horrible customer service, don’t waste your time coming here.

Came at 6pm the service was awful.
I usually have a good experience, but today there were to women working and they didn’t seem to want to be here. Was barley talking on the speaker and making it difficult to order a very simple order. I hope they bring back the kind people who usually are working here. They were very rude and didn’t say a single word. They didn’t even give us a drink holder for our four drinks & they shut the window really quick as well. Over all a very bad experience. Why are you mad that we are purchasing from the establishment? Should customers shop somewhere else?
