It is not very often that we give any fast food establishment 5 stars, but this Arby's did everything right. The person taking the order was very nice and helpful. The food was given to us quickly, and everything was correct. Everyone involved in getting us our order was very nice. We will be going back.
I ordered a Smokehouse Brisket, sandwich and the taste was of, like the meet had turned and there were out of the string Onions that were supposed to be on it, but they didn't bother to tell me until I asked. The manager seemed like they could be bother about it and didn't even try to make it right. The cashier was nice, but this might be the last time I eat at this Arby's on off of Hwy 72 in Chase, AL.
We eat here every Sunday and sometimes during the week. The staff greets us by name and the food always comes out fast and Hot. My daughter is hooked on Arby’s classic roast beef sandwich. I like the turkey ranch and bacon sandwich and my wife likes the bbq brisket sandwich. See you next Sunday.

I ordered Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger and a roast beef and cheddar. I received an Americana Roast Beef Sandwich and a roast beef and cheddar with a burnt bun.
Check your order before you leave their parking lot.

The link Arby's provided was extremely unfriendly, but I did fill out their form. I'll revise this review to include their response when I see it.
I usually love the food at this Arby's but I can't give 5 stars due to the fact that I one of the times I got curly fries here they were refried and crap so I asked for them to make me fresh fries and did so multiple times and could not get them to. The girl just kept lying to me, saying they were just cooked fresh. It took my girlfriend coming over and asking a couple more times to finally get some edible fries that were not old and refried.
I usually only buy fries at this restaurant. The crinkle fries are the best, which is why I ordered a large. Unfortunately this day they were overcooked and cold. I didn't realize it until I was miles away. Completed the survey two weeks ago, but was never contacted.
I went to ARBY'S drive through for a chicken sandwich and turkey Gyro. All of it was not edible so we tossed it.i would have calked the manager but we were busy and needed a quick bite. The bun on the sandwich was burned black and the chicken raw/cold and the gyro was very cold and dry with no Taziki. I usually love ARBY'S turkey gyro. Oh well next time Ill grab pbj's .
Clean store, quick service. Good food. We had Arby's classic roast beef.
