wanted to give the new burgers a try…mistake!
all inside was raw and made me ill. i am not a fan of undercooked meat as a choice. it’s hard to believe that this thing was as undercooked as it was.
Moldy food! I stopped after work and picked up 10 classic roast beef sandwiches. They had moldy buns!!! I’ve had some poor quality food from this store before but I love the Arby’s brand and after a 10hr work day in 90 degree heat I didn’t want to cook. The employees and service were great. Very unfortunate that the experience had to be ruined by mold.
Good service here as we passed through, but typical cold fries yet again from an Arby's. Why is it so hard to ensure your french fries are HOT! If it wasn't for the nice young man waiting on us it'd be a three across the board. Do better!
Will never eat here again. Came in to order, staff looked like brain dead zombies. My first sandwich was cold and gross. Second time around, I got moldy bread. Come on, can’t we do better than this?
Serving cool over-fried fries left standing for who knows how long is wrong. I'd be embarrassed to serve those to a customer. The sandwich was fine as is usual at Arby's. The lack of care by the employee(s) serving sub standard food is not acceptable.

Food - awful! Curly fries (only pieces) burnt (deep fryer could use a cleaning!) roast beef sandwiches - urggg! No sweet tea, no Pepsi! On a Saturday evening, Memorial Day weekend!!!
We ordered roast beef sandwich, chicken sandwich and large curly fries...everything was cold and had been sitting out for who knows how long. It was awful! The sauce in the packages was the only thing worth eating!
Restaurant was filthy. Three employees, but no one seemed to be doing anything. Non of the tables in the dining area were clean. The floors were in need of mopping. The soda dispenser had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Most dispenser arms had dried soda remnants on them. The soda nozzles were visibly dirty. None of the condiment dispensers worked and had dried condiment residue in the dispensing tubes.
The three employees seemed friendly enough but could have been using their time more wisely. My wife and I were the only two customers, about mid afternoon. I do not live in the area, but if I did, I would not return any time soon.
