This is a really nice Arby's location. We usually order one of the deals on the Arby's app or get the 4 for $10 regular roast beef. Had the Reuben today since it was $4 on the app. Great sandwich! Way better than we would get at most delis. Had the double roast beef $7.00 meal. Again a great sandwich that beat any deli we've been to for 1/2 the price. The staff are efficient and friendly. The cook even hollered "Thanks" as we were leaving the lobby. We'll definitely be back
This by far must have been an off night, I'm hoping. If the food is this bad every night I don't know how they make any money ????????. Paid 30.00 for food not fit to eat.... And being that I had it delivered I'm stuck with my choice for supper, think Leo will be eating good tonight and I'll eat a turkey sandwich.
Step up your game Arby's of Searcy this was ridiculous.
My food was good, but my sandwich was a mess. I ordered a beef and Cheddar and it looked like they just dumped it in the bag more than wrapped the sandwich. Overall flavor was fine after reassembling it but the whole inside of my bag was covered in cheese. The person in the window never spoke they just handed me my bag, closed the window and walked away. I probably would have overlooked the food being a mess if the people would have been somewhat nice.
Rarely get anything right, even when ordering through the app. I choose to have my food ready at 2. I arrived at 1:58 and they said they just received the order. I finally got my food at 2:15 and I didn't notice any ausjus in the bags. He said he would go get it. Got home and my daughters nuggets were missing and my wife's marinara for her cheese sticks. Absolutely ridiculous. It's not hard when you order online. It's literally on a screen word for word what is in the order. Probably gonna stop going here. Service is terrible.
First off this Arby's overall is one of the best i have been too. However I am giving this reveiw 1 star because of the experience I have had multiple times with the same employee. I come here almost every Sunday and get a #1 combo. I always ask for 6 packs of Arby's sauce because I use it on my sandwich and to dip my fries in. Today the employee working the window (Tori) rolled their eyes and firmly stated no then proceeded to only give me 3 packets of sauce when I requested 6. I had to park and go inside just to get the correct amount of sauce. This is the second time this employee has done this. The first time it happened I chaulked it up to the employee having a bad day but this is clearly not the case since it is a reoccurring issue. I work all over the US and have never been refused 6 Arby's sauce I could see if i was asking for an excessive amount of sauce, but at 13 dollars for a combo I believe I should be able to dip my fries in the sauce of my choice lol.
The food is good. They never have enough people working in there, so it is slow service. I blame the owners.
I got a free burger cuz they messed up the 1st one. I asked for a brisket and they gave me a french dip, so Im not happy with them.
Couldn’t take my gift card because the manager on shift didn’t want to or didn’t know how, the window attendant wasn’t even speaking clear, received the wrong food order, avoid this Arbys at all costs. David Sexton, the general manager needs to better supervise and manage his store and employees. Fast food isn’t rocket science yall.
