Customer service unmatched! Can’t go wrong with the French dip and the pumpkin turnover. I ate my food so fast, if someone were there to record it would be in Guinness book of world records
Poorest ARBYS in ROCKFORD. Ordered take-out. Two BEEF sandwiches and 1 order regular fries. One sandwich was warm as if freshly made. 2nd sandwich lukewarm with STALE BUN. LARGE order of FRIES was half empty and COLD. Went straight home from restaurant. Only live 5 minutes from RESTAURANT. FOOD certainly did not become cold in that short distance. Will have to go to PHELPS location after this. Staff and FOOD ALWAYS EXCELLENT there.
Absolute fantastic experience at this Arbys. Smashed a couple french dips with the boys and went back up for a pumpkin turnover. Food came out fast and fresh. Gas city ????????

Went in around 2, kind of slow, but very nice dining room. Only one comment, the
ketchup dispenser was broken so had to use packages. The food was good. .
We were traveling and looking for a place to eat dinner. We decided on Arby's. The food was good, and the young man that waited on us was very pleasant.
This was probably one of the best Arby's we have eaten at in a long time. Was surprised by the negative reviews. Our experience was hopefully something that the restaurant is striving for.
So, the staff was friendly and courteous. Greeted us right away. Took our order. Food was prepared fast, hot, and delicious. The curly fries were cooked perfectly. Most of the time, they are overcooked and hard, but these were perfect. The place was clean, even the bathrooms.
So, our experience was good. Keep up the good work.
Order 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. 0nce we received food I had to ask for ketchup. No ketchup. With kids they should have let us know kids want ketchup with fries Also horsey sauce pumps dont work . No paper towels in the restroom. Staff huddled up after i asked for the ketchup unprofessional. Not recommended in Perryville MO. Will not be back
I normally love Arby's but every time I've gone it's been something. the food was bad or they didn't have shakes. I went one night and they didn't have any roast beef the kid in the box told me 35 minutes.smh
