Best WLM Reviews

At this point, just shut it down. Floors are disgusting. You feet stick with every step. Burnt chicken. How do you not put bacon on a chicken bacon and swiss. Openly mocking/making fun of customers in drive thru because they can’t see them. And take the damn AirPods out of your ears.
We got a chicken sandwhich that was Raw chicken for the sandwich they didn't believe me so she cut it open another employee said my mom would say the same thing it looks raw the managers said your not a manager go. They cut it open it looked like red in the middle of it said that's how it's supposed to be. I also said my mozzarella sticks weren't cooked enough because they are usually crunchy to them she tore them in half and ate it in front of me and says taste fine to me. Also the outside of the roast beef had a green color to it I was not trusting it I will never be back to this location.
Drive thru cashier initially forgot my drink, and once he got it, the lid wasn't fully on, and it spilled all over me and my car. I had to drive two hours home with a wet seat and pants. When I went to eat my sandwich after cleaning up as much of the iced tea as I could, it was like it hadn't even been cooked at all because it was so cold. (This is less than 5 minutes after he handed me my food.) Super frustrated by the whole experience and won't be returning to this location.
Thank you for the rudest drive through experience your Arby’s has ever done. And get home to find you also messed up my order. I paid for a double roast beef meal after a long busy day and starving. On the speaker the girl was rude but I over looked it. I ordered at 9:10 pm. The only car in front of me was already waiting for their food at the pick up window. Finally I make it to the window, speak to the girl who ignores me. Then as she walks away from the window that she has left open she yells to her coworkers “why are all these people coming to Arby’s right now? You locked the door didn’t you?”
1. You are open until 10pm with a huge sign that says dining room open until 10 pm. Don’t treat customers like garbage because you are mad at 9:20pm and you still don’t close for another 40 min. I looked at the time because we were already waiting too long. We finally pulled away from the window at 930. Bag appeared normal. Got home to see I was overcharged because I was charged for what I ordered but given a single not a double sandwich and my fries barely half way full. My husband at least got most of his fries and his meal.
2. Don’t complain about customers when you can’t even do a good job at your job to begin with. This girl should be back on the friers away from the public and promote the fryer who was visible but not heard and already nicer than the girl running the window. Thank you for shorting me my full meal causing me to be overcharged and for letting us know that you expect customers to stop coming at least 40 min before closing. Get another job kid…there are plenty of other people who have have better manners, professionalism and skill than her that could be the face of the Arby’s when customers arrive. If you don’t want to work past 9pm don’t work somewhere that closes the dining room at 10.
I just wanted to say this was the BEST Aexperience I have ever had at Arby's. The young lady Angie or Angel (can't quite remember) was one of the sweetest people I have ever came across. She not only understood patience, she also was very hands on with all she was working with, she communicated and made sure things were great with our food and over all experience. If she isn't a manager she needs to be promoted to one. We had an experience on September 12 with a manager who was very rude and rude to us customers but also her employees. I can't remember her name but I know she was fairly new.
It's probably just a standard Arby's. The food tastes exactly like other Arby's, and the staff is mostly friendly. Just make sure you check your bag before you leave as they almost always forget one or more things in an order. Sometimes it's hard to see though when they mess up an order, like the last time we went they forgot to put the meat on my wife's sandwich. It's also hit and miss if they will fix the issue when you point it out to them if you've left the window so check the bag there.
Ordered food for pickup on app. Great that is was ready within 10 mins to pick up. Problem was the fries were so cold. Not happy with that part but dealt with it since I was already back at work. I ended up throwing the fries away because of how nasty they tasted. Waste of money that day.
Stopped by the drive through here while on a short road trip, only to wait for several minutes without any greeting. I did not know if they were busy, or if their speaker machine wasn't working, so my friend said "hello?"
A worker promptly - and very angrily - responded by calling us rude for saying hello and telling us they were busy. We left shortly after.
Worker could have just said, "wait a moment, we are experiencing delays." but instead chose to call us rude for saying "hello?" into the machine.
