Poor customer service. Manager on shift doesn't even approach customers. He has the rudest attitude. They are so loud including manager. I ask who manager on shift is because we aren't getting food and having to wait 30minutes. Says his name is Ricky. He doesn't even try to approach customers or to help with anything. He's always fooling around with crew members, and or always trying to just hide out in the back instead of wanting to help with the food. They end up having 3 people in back line and no food is being sent up. It's just ridiculous
They almost always leave something off my order. Food is always good and servers are always friendly and fast!
First time stopping at this Arby's, and I must say the quality of the food is much better than at the 3 Arby's where I live. This location must get a lot of traffic as the food was fresh and the amount of roast beef was generous.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the interior was clean, and the parking lot was well maintained. My 2 regular roast beef sandwiches were piled with fresh meat and crisp vegetables.
Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of my food.
Possibly the best Arby's I've been to thus far. If you're in the area, I certainly recommend giving them a visit.
This place is bad. The service is just poor. I have waited in the drive thru before for a very long time. Decided to go to Burger King next door. They had much better service. This evening I drove up to the window and waited. The girl finally say “Arby’s”. That’s all. I gave her my order. I pulled around to pay. She seemed annoyed. She hands me my food and there was no au jus in the bag. The window was closed. She was standing there. I was waving my arms. I had to open my car door and knock on the window. Only to be told they were out of an jus. I wouldn’t have ordered the French dip n swiss if I would have known that. Just poor.
The worst experience have ever had at a fast food restaurant
No JOKE took 30 minutes waiting on order. It's totally an inept mess of under staffed, management wasn't present, or spaced out somewhere.
The food was fresh and the service was top notch! These young men are polite and a great change of pace for this establishment!
