We stood at the counter and waited while they all stood around and talked, once we finally were able to make an order we used a coupon, a 2 Gryo’s for $7. All while ordering the woman (her name tag said Brandy) was not personable at all. When we got the receipt we looked it over while waiting on our food to find out the coupon did not get rung through correctly and we were charged the wrong amount. When we went back up to the counter to get it resolved she evidently knew that she didn’t do it right because she called for the manager to come help us before giving us any eye contact or asking us what was wrong. They never gave us our receipts back either. This was a disappointing visit on our long travels.
The employees were very busy gossiping instead of taking orders. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before they acknowledged me. The roast beef was warm, not hot.
Took our order incorrectly then proceeded to take 0 accountability for the mistake. Might as well go next door and save ur money/patience
boyfriend and i ate here and got sick immediately afterwards. not food poisoning symptoms but sore throat and stuffy nose. maybe a coincidence but doesn’t seem so….
Fries were not fresh. Their machine declined my cards. Had to insert the cards. They said they knew of this issue. Why hasn't it been addressed.
we stopped to get some Arby’s for our long drive home. My son and I both got 2 for $6 meals. He got the chicken ranch and beef & cheddar. After his second bite into the chicken ranch, he bit into something hard. We pulled over to see what it was. To our surprise, it was a chicken bone. BONE in chicken breast. I’m thankful he didn’t break a tooth and the pain didn’t last long.
This has always been our preferred fast food stop; however, I will never order chicken products from Arby’s again.
This is in a building shared by Pilot.Together they offer a dining experience, or take out,a coffee bar, accommodations for truckers such as diesel fuel,showers, needed accessories for their cab or for over the road needs,gasoline,candy,souvenirs, toys for the kids,ice for your cooler and a variety of other needed or wanted items!
Everyone has been so relaxed. It's like absolutely no one is working. My order is the only one. It is taken forever. The guy just relaxed at the counter waiting for someone else to put my fish in the fryer. Eventually someone came along and did. Every step of this process is taking a bit incredibly long time. There is precisely zero sense of urgency. Absolutely no one cares about this so-called fast food.
