Stopped at this location on 8/21/24 for lunch. Wanted to try the Bourbon BBG Brisket sandwich. 1st picture is what Arby advertised. 2nd and 3rd pictures is what I received. Not even close to what they advertised. Maybe i can find the lawyer that sued Mcdonalds, or the one that sued Burger King. Getting tired of getting ripped off by all these stinking fast food companies. All these companies crying about all the crap. When they are decreasing the size of everything, but keep raising prices. Everyone needs to stop eating at these places. We the people need to show these companies who the resl bosses are. And hit them where it will hurt. Don’t recommend any food.

This is supposed to be a chicken sandwich. But it tastes, looks and smells like diarrhea. Your employees are very polite. Your food is disgusting. I wouldn't even feed this to my dogs
Just left this location not long ago. I had a reward order that needed to be switched from the north side to this location. It was done with no problem. Marty the manager, was so sweet and very accommodating. I was very satisfied with my order, especially how she made my milkshake upon what was requested. And immediately had it ready right as I arrived. The milkshake was delicious! One of the best ones I've had in years! She gave excellent customer service, which was well appreciated. Thank you Marty!
Every time I go to this location between the hours of 11:00pm and 11:45 pm. The drive thru sign is on the sign by the road is on but the employees refuse to acknowledge the speaker when customers drive up. I even drove to the drive thru window and saw them standing inside with their backs towards the window. So that night about 4 cars including myself went across the road to Wendy’s who appreciate our business. This should embarrass the managers and owners. This is not a one time occurrence it has happened several times. I am at Wendy’s right now and it’s not midnight yet which is the closing hours and the lights are off and except for the menu board on the drive thru. The sign by the road is off and has been for more than 30 minutes. If you wonder about your late night sales restart your night shift. When I have been able to get food from this location during the daytime the food is cold and I get charged for extra sauces but never received them in the bag. Very sad experience never going back
Tonight I went to this location after giving it another try after a previous bad experience. I arrived at 7:25 and the staff took five minutes just to take my order. The front guy asked if I could wait 5 minutes for the fries and I said yes. After 20 minutes went by and them continually serving the drive through (cars that showed up after me) I asked how much longer and he said five more minutes. I told him that’s what he originally told me and he said they had to work on other orders that were placed online ahead of me and it hasn’t been 20minutes, so I told him to look at the ticket. I said that’s not good customer service making the ones who actually come in to wait longer and he just wanted to argue that they’re still making the order. When I got the order there were barely any fries in the container and the wrap was just thrown together. If you want fast quality service go somewhere else.
Just left the Lakeland highlands Arby’s there is a long lines wrapped around the building. Why is this lady taking 30 mins to take one car at a time. You have lost my business. It shouldn’t take that long in the drive thru at any fast food chain. Do better Arby’s
My wife and I went to the grand opening for lunch. Had #2 roast beef with crinkle fries and jalapeno poppers. Food was fresh, fast service and friendly staff.
I just ordered the Greek Gyro on the Bogo deal. This sandwich is my favorite and they were superb and way beyond fresh and so tasty!!!!
