Best WLM Reviews
Came in around 8 in the evening, my wife and I were the only 2 customers, and the two young men working the front were mopping and starting to get the dining room ready for closing time. Even with the hassle of later customers they were extremely nice and went out of their way for us.
Couldn't get the order right. Then ask for sauce, and they forgot to put it in there. Before we left the drive thru, I reminded the young lady and stated again we need horsey sauce. Watch as she put sauce in bag. When we got home she gave us the wrong sauce. Save your money
I had the chicken bacon ranch cheesy fries they were soon good! Will have to get them again soon!
Bun on roast beef was hard in spots. The curly fries pictured had more pieces and other types of fries than fresh and whole curly fries. Dining room was empty, drive thru was moderately busy.
Not impressed at all. 30 dollars for terrible fries, a not even really luke warm sandwich even after waiting 4 minutes for them to cook new nuggets for a loaded fries order. Doubt I'll be trying this again.
They just kind of slapped it together. They need to bring back the Italian sub they had years ago. It was really good
For Arby's they do a really good job here. Honestly though went in today for lunch because that is where my daughter picked for lunch for today with her birthday and the guy that was working the counter today 6/1 just made it a whole different experience for fast food. I didn't catch his name but he was just so happy to be helping people it seemed made sure everytime he came by us to keep telling my daughter to have a happy birthday
I am always impacted by the kindness shown by the staff. I have a strong feeling that it's a top-down mentality of serving the customers. This Arby's location has been one of the best customer oriented fast food restaurants I've ever been to. Keep it up and God bless this business!
