The food would have been great if it wouldn't have been cold by the time we finally received it.
We ordered in the drive thru and we waited for 8 minutes before the employee even opened the window to take our money and give us our food and it was sitting right next to the window.
It sounded like the employee was counting money from the her drawer as we were sitting there waiting. We finally honked our horn and we were ignored.
She didn't open the window and say that it would be a minute or even apologize for our wait
This place is always stacked with awesome food! Gyros, meats, chicken, you name it, they have it. Their curly fries are the best, they should have them in the grocery isle! Anyway, the staff is always helpful, the food is always good, no issues at this location whatsoever. If you need a nice place to eat a quiet lunch, be their guest there!
Went through the drive thru ordered 2 gyros 2 curly fries one of them with no tomato. Our order was passed out the window so fast and window snapped shut I didn't even have a chance to ask for Arby's sauce or ketchup. As for the gyro the bread was so hard and stale every time you tried to pick it up it would fall apart.
I've ate here many times over the years with no issues but tonight 4/14/2023 the food and service was disappointing. We placed an online order for pick up that included a kids meal and two Smokehouse Brisket meals. When we got home and opened the boxes we found both the Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches only had one slice of meat each. For a $30 order it should have at least slightly resembled the photo on the menu. I called the store and the manager wasn't the most friendly about the issue. Ended up calling customer service BC I didn't want to eat at the same location again to have our meals replaced. Customer service was also not helpful.

I emailed the CEO of Arby's a few days ago and was contacted by phone within an hour of sending it. They were friendly, professional, apologetic and Fedex overnighted a gift card to me...which I appreciated and used at a different Arby's location lol
Went through drive thru. Girl wasn't pleasant. She didn't speak to me but she was talking to someone else. I ordered a beef n cheddar meal. Food was hot but was missing the red ranch sauce on the sandwich
My husband just picked up three sandwiches and mozzarella sticks.
The roast beef sandwich was inedible and had a funny 'chemical' taste. The cheese sticks tasted like they were old

It's Arby's. Not great not terrible. Decent service. The wait is usually reasonable. I dont usually go inside
Arby's has the meats. True, however they've also gone down hill. Order a gyro. The flat bread is so stale it doesn't matter whether it's warm or cold. Might well throw it in a bowl because that flat bread is breaking bread at the bottom, and I hope you're eating over a plate. Also prepare to use your own napkins/paper towels. Forks out!
