I placed an order summer of 2024 using the family pack coupon. When I received the food I quickly noticed that the roast beef was undercooked. Unfortunately I had not noticed until after my girlfriend and I had eaten a bite of two. As a result we ended up sick with gastrointestinal issues shortly after. The chicken that came with the deal had obviously been overcooked as it was dry and resembled jerky. Lastly, the fries were alright but seemed as though they had sat out for 15-20 min prior to my arrival which is consistent with the previous two times I ordered. Also make sure to check the bag for your sauce. They will ask you what sauce you want but forget to put it in the bag about half the time.
Note: this Arby’s used to be a five star Arby’s. Once Gary retired things have not been the same. However I’d say these recently issues I’ve had with food being undercooked/overcooked and the fries never being fresh has been within the last 9 months. I also only go there around 8pm to 11pm so maybe avoid those hours.
Ordered 3 sliders and a wrap. What a joke, each slider was literally 1 small popcorn chicken piece in between 2 buns. The wrap was just as bad.
Love this location! We usually go late at night after I'm done at work. Crew is always nice, food is always correct and the sandwiches actually look decent and not like they elbow dropped it before wrapping it. I love their chicken sandwiches!
It was a terrible experience honestly. The cashier was rude. While i was ordering I handed her a coupon and she snatched it out of my hand. I told her what I wanted from the coupon and then she rudely said "what for this one?", she wasn't paying attention to me. They forgot our jalapeño bites, when I told her, she threw them on the counter and didn't apologize or say anything. She was also very mean to the staff, she acted like she was a manager but didn't have a name badge or anything to imply she was.
When I got home the fries and the French dip sandwiches were all cold. The French dips sauces were not even half full. My husband had no meat on a fourth of his French dip sandwich. My mom got crinkle fries and received a mixture of crinkle and curly. The sandwiches were all smashed.
Overall worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant EVER
My chihuahua has more meat on it than the classic chicken sandwich it was paper thin for a chicken sandwich. The tomato was more thick than the chicken! What a joke fast food is becoming!
I live close by and I love Arby's, but this one has never been good. Every time I have a bad experience. I wait another 6 months to try again and it is still not good. The fries always taste like old oil and are dry. My sons chicken tenders were super dry and hard. The beef and cheddars don't have much cheese. I don't have the same issues at other Arby's chains.
We used to love this arbys but over the last 6 months we have gotten food poisoning 3 times from this location last night being the third. I dont know that ill ever eat here again and I wish i could get all my money back from the lost work and spoiled food we got. The customer service was awful. And I have never been this sick in my entire life.
Ordered three meals. Chicken sandwich was forgotten. Reuben was cold and not cut in half. Fries were half full and cold. Horrible service provided by kids who don’t care. Called to inform the manager but since I didn’t want anything in return or couldn’t come back because we have six month old twins and a three year old she rushed me off the phone with a sassy attitude.
