May have picked a bad night. They were out of the country style rib that I came for. However, I waited for over 5 minutes to get waited on with no one in front of me. There were several employees who looked at me but seemed too busy to wait on a customer. But the absolute worst part was getting ketchup for my fries. It was easy enough to find in a packet holder, but each one seemed as if it was dug out of the trash. They were sticky and clumped together. You felt like you needed a shower after trying to get a couple of packets. I asked if they had other ketchup. I was told yes and given more from behind the counter that was just as sticky. Truly disgusting.
Update: Slow Service through the drive thru. Delicious Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches.
Update: Better Service this time and Delicious food. Order was initially wrong, but the Manager fixed it.
Update: We went through the drive thru & were told that they couldn't take our order for over 5 minutes, so we sat at the order box. I think he was hoping we'd just leave. Finally, he took our order & pulled forward to continue to wait, after paying. He had us pull forward from the window where we waited over 10 minutes. The Dr. Pepper had no carbonation, so he replaced it while giving another person their order. Then, Wrong fries, Missing Sandwich, & he told me that he couldn't take the BAD drink back! So, then I had to get out of the car to go inside and throw it away! Unbelievable! Horrible Service, WRONG ITEMS, & WAITED OVER 15 minutes for a Normal Order that was WRONG! Service is Non-Existent!
I got a Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye Meal with Straight Fries and Philly Cheesesteak Meal. Both meals were OK. The Steakhouse wasn't close to as good as it looks in the picture. Make sure you get everything before you leave because they forgot my fries & the sauce for my sandwich. Check your order! Decent food...
Has the 2 for $6 special. My wife had the chicken sandwich and I had the roast beef sandwich. The chicken included lettuce and tomato. The roast beef was meat only. Both were good. I added the “horsey sauce” to mine. It was a mild mayonnaisey cream with a mild horseradish aftertaste. Good meal for two at a fast food place.
Very impressed! Used DoorDash for my order, when my food got here it was still very fresh as well as my shake that I ordered. Lots of fast food businesses in the area doing things wrong, this location seems to have it right!
I just did the drive up. The little girl at the window was very personable. She made sure I had everything I needed I would definitely come back
Went through drive thru today around 2:30pm to get my granddaughter a chicken sandwich kids meal, the girl told me they didn't have one but they have a chicken slider sandwich kids meal. I ordered normal Kinkle fries for her, she said ok curly, I was ready to drive away. I corrected her. I ordered my roast beef w/Krinkle fries and sweet tea. I get home which isn't far away and everything is cold, the chicken isn't tender, my tea isn't a sweet tea. There was no one else there. Last time we go there.
The chicken sandwich was so fresh without so much mayo it ran everywhere like some restaurants do. Fries were perfectly seasoned. Staff could have smiled and acted somewhat glad to serve me but otherwise it was a great experience!!!
Just your typical Arby’s. The 2 for $6 is a decent deal as it does fill you up. The sandwiches were quick as they came out in less than five minutes. The cashier was nice. The restrooms were very clean. The interior was also kept clean. I like the new modern look that Arby’s as a whole has been implementing.
