This location has really improved a lot in the last two years. The management has solved the problems they were having with the staff forgetting to put everything in the bag. The food is fast and good consistently now. The turkey bacon ranch market fresh sandwich is my favorite menu item.
My son and I stopped here today around 1:30 pm to grab lunch. They weren't busy, so we were able to order and get our food quickly. Food was hot and tasty--absolutely no complaints about it. Restaurant looked clean (including men's bathroom) and the teenage girl taking our order was friendly and quick to help us. We'll be back tomorrow again (passing through town) and we will probably eat here again.
Me and my husband went through Arbys Tuesday at 8:20. We ordered two roast beef sandwich with lettuce and tomato a roast beef slider, a small curly fry and a large Coke. Well, they decided that we needed roast beef deluxe, cherry Coke and dumped our fries in the bag Service is terrible. You need to get some mature teenagers to work in there . It reflect on your restaurant.
The young man who was at the drive thru was polite and communicated well compared to other drive thrus I've been to with teens who are inconvenienced to do their job, he was great. Food was quick and thats important and great however the chicken nuggets they have are hard and super small. Wendy's nuggets blow them away. Jalapeño poppers were very good but should have been cooked a little longer HOWEVER. THEY WERE OUT OF CHEDDAR CHEESE! It was barely 5pm and they were out of their cheese. Beef and cheddar=nope. How does Arby's run out of their cheese they put on one of their most popular menu items. This is weak. Get better nuggets, cook your other sides properly and management you must not do a good job because running out of cheese is on you! Kudos for hiring competent young people, they are far and few between. Didn't get his name. It was aug 8th after 5pm. Give him a free meal just make sure you have the cheese to go with it
Good is what you typically expect from an Arby's. The restaurant is clean. Downside is the very long drive through times. Typically over 15 minutes even if you are the only one there.
Can I give ZERO stars!!!!! Holy cow, my husband and I stopped here really hungry after attending a lengthy high school graduation ceremony and we saw the sign advertising "FISH SANDWICH" and that is exactly what we wanted. Went inside, waited in line for awhile, understandably so, it was the lunch rush, finally got to the counter to order our fish and the lady was MEAN, and said "we DON'T have fish." No apology or sympathy just no we don't have it and goodbye basically. I bit my tongue, not to say anything about what the sign out front said and I just walked away hungry, disappointed and frustrated. I grabbed a quick picture of the sign out front for reference. Sad sad day for me. ????
Normally wouldn't order online but this first time had a messed up online order and received just sauce...
Went through the drive through the other night after work and ordered 2 large milkshakes, 3 beef n cheddar, bacon curly fries, then regular curly fries. I did not get my third sandwich I paid for AT ALL. and it was way too late to try and drive back up or call and complain. Me and my fiance used to come here often and never do anymore bc the place has went to absolute crap. The whole time the girls were taking our order they were not paying attention and constantly laughing over the intercom with other girls as she took our order which wouldnt matter if they gave us everything I paid for. We didnt get any napkins along in our bag which sucked along with our milkshakes tasting weird along not being mixed up properly at all. I ordered a jamocha milkshake while my fiance ordered a regular vanilla and we had tried both ours and they both tasted the same pretty much which I was disappointed with because I'm not a big fan of vanilla. I dont know if they are just not cleaning the machine right or just not mixing right but either way its pathetic and lazy. Me and my fiance have agreed we dont want to return to this arbys because they used to be good and just are not anymore. This arbys has ruined the experience of arbys for us which sucks because Arbys has ALWAYS been a favorite of mine and they ruined it not just this time but times before this.
