If I could give this place negative stars I would. The employee at the drive through window was rude. The food was completely different from what I ordered and inedible. Cold, dried out curly fries. No jalapenos on the jalapeno sliders. And I received a Beef-n-Cheddar instead of a Regular Roast Beef sandwich. Being rude is one thing, but sending out disgusting food for $17 is criminal. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Excellent job crew, I went in today for the $7.00 Double beef and cheddar meal, to be honest I wasn't expecting much and boy was I wrong for that. I'm a big eater and the sandwich had the double beef and cheddar cheese and was made correctly, curly fries were hot and fresh, restaurant was clean and stocked and the crew was friendly and helpful. I used to work at this location about 25 years ago and I have to say I enjoyed this visit today. Keep up the good job and thank you for doing everything right ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!
Don’t order cheeseburgers, they serve pink meat. I initially called about my door dash order and was told by management that it would be replaced. I attempted to have it replaced and was told by the general manager: Anita that since I couldn’t remember who I had spoken with and that my name was nowhere to be found…the order couldn’t replaced. Also, their burgers are made like this, and it is mentioned on the menu per her words directly. I’ve never heard of such in my life. Shut the whole establishment down at this point.
Came here on a Friday night at 6:45 and said they would be out of roast beef for the next three hours. I don’t understand how Arby’s can be out of roast beef.
Terrible service! I order a chicken sandwich online for pickup and relieved a box full of roast beef. I called and they wouldn’t even give me a refund unless I drove 30 minutes back to the store. The staff didn’t care that I recognized the wrong order or that they were screwing me out of my hard earned money!!
Aside from being the slowest arby's in existence, this is the beef and cheddar I ordered today.
Drive thru is horrible. Longest wait I have ever experienced in a non busy establishment. This is every time I come here.
Very disappointed just now. I was really excited to get home and try the potato cakes, just to finally make it home and I didn't even get my potato cakes. That's all I really wanted and they didn't even give them to me. Not cool guys. And it wasn't like you were to busy and just happened to forget. Y'all were barely even doing anything.
