Our entire order is horrible! Nothing is fresh at all!!! The nuggets are dry, the slider is old and over cooked!! These tenders are so old and hard!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! What a waste of money!!! This is the second time this location has done this!!! Never eating here again!!

Customer service was awesome. I did not know what I was ordering and Angela Bryant was really helpful in taking care of my needs. she figured out what I was trying to order and I even got my food fast even though I made a mistake. They also do military discounts here and it's even posted on the glass Arby's is awesome !
This restaurant was in an eighteen wheeler truck stop. I have taken my service dog in the restaurant before, but on this day it was quite busy. So Mom, my service dog, n I picnicked in the parking lot.
I really enjoy an Arby's Classic Roast Beef, but this time it was a big disappointment. I decided to go through the drive-thru and get one to go. The sandwich looked like it had been placed in a press. The temperature of the sandwich was almost cool, not the hot sandwich it usually is. In addition the roast beef was dry. The Arby's and Horsey sauce helped with that a little. Maybe next time it will be better.
I did a mobile order. I got there a little early and they were working on it. But the staff is always kind and courteous and friendly. And my order was correct.
Super friendly staff. Check your order before you leave. During a slow period they will forget half of your order.
We ordered inside the restaurant and had the very unfortunate luck of getting the worker named Lisa serving us. She was extremely unpleasant and rude. Will be avoiding this location from here on our, not worth the trouble.
