Overall acceptable. I noticed several sketchy people using the bathroom. They appeared to be homeless. Not sure what management can do about it. Food and service were of superior quality.
I like how they redid the place recently. The food tasted great. And they were surprisingly quick. In the past, my main beef with this location was the slow service, but this time the food was ready by the time I got our four drinks filled and taken to the table.
I used the drive through and Erin helped me and she was the sweetest person ever and didn’t rush me or be rude to me and definitely deserves a raise. I don’t know her personally but I had a long day and she helped me feel welcomed. My order was done correctly and the food was hot. Usually I don’t come to this location but I will moving forward. Ask for Erin.
I ordered two beef and Cheddar's up went down the road from one side of the road Meat was wrong roast beef was raw in my beef and cheddar and they charged me $13 for these two. And would not refund my money !!. Not Happy
I ordered a greek gyro with turkey meat then was laughed at by the lady taking my order, sounding drunk, then I get my food and it's a beef gyro. If they were unable to make it turkey she could have told me.
Incredibly fast service (seriously, we were all impressed!) And man oh man did our food hit the spot. We try to eat somewhere new and different every Sunday after church. After our meal at Arby's, I commented to my father that this was the best lunch we've had out to eat in MONTHS! Sometimes a good ol classic roast beef n cheddar is what a person needs, I guess, because he agreed. I'm already planning on going back next Sunday ????
I requested no red ranch and they still put it on there. When i called I could hear the manager asking the team if they put it on there and I could hear them deny putting on there while I have the proof.
This Arby's location has always given great service and great food! Thanks to all the staff.
