Best WLM Reviews
I pulled into the drive thru and sat for probably 5 minutes without any acknowledgment. I had to say “excuse me” before someone finally responded. The dine in & drive thru were completely empty. I ordered 3 beef & cheddar meals (1 with no red sauce) and a kids meal. I asked 3 times for no red sauce on 1 beef & cheddar. I even asked if they would mark the one with no red sauce. We get home & sure enough, all 3 had red sauce. The service was HORRIBLE! She gave us 2 straws for 4 drinks. She barely said 2 words. Just lousy customer service.
The service is terrible!!
We went there with my family and the guy at the register was not kind at ALL. And the floors are really sticky... The tables were not clean. I love Arby's, but not this one for sure.
Had to toss it in the trash, burger was old and dry, everything on it was wilted and stale, old stinky onions, bacon was burned, fries were cold, and coke was flat.
Very disappointing dinning experience. Tons of workers and zero customers but took a while for someone to take our order. My smokehouse brisket sammich was over loaded excessively with meat and bbq sauce and missing the crisp onions. My curly fries were barely warm, when I went to the counter there was no one to be seen but definitely heard. When someone finally came up I asked for fresh fries explained that mine were barely warm and got a very irritated look and attitude like I was inconvenience to this worker. The dining room definitely could use attention and shoes shouldn't be sticking to the floors. Overall I get it's fast food but show some decency for the franchise.
When I bite my burger it tasted funny so I took a photo of it, and I felt like someone was looking at me and I saw the girl who rang me up just staring at me and quickly looked away after I looked away. I looked at my husband’s wagyu burger and it looked well done, but when I took a bite out of my deluxe wagyu burger it was mostly pink. I asked the pink hair lady why my burger was pink and she told me that it’s suppose to be medium rare, and that my husband’s was also medium rare. I asked, “But why does my husband’s look more cooked than mine?” She never gave me an answer only that the burgers are medium rare. I showed her the two burgers to compare them, but she turned her back on me and didn’t seem interested because she was quietly chitter chattering to her coworker whispering and then she called someone on the phone and I heard her talking about me talking about the pink burger I got.She then said she will just give me a refund for the burger instead of cook me another one. I said ok, thank you, and the fry cook guy came out of nowhere and walked to the register and gave me a refund because I think the pink hair girl got annoyed at me. I would have given them a zero but my husband said 2 stars is polite. I just wish customer service in America is the same as it is in Japan.
It dawned on me just now to leave a review. I am a fan of Arby's. I am select on my lunch choices; knowing some are seasonal. My favorites are the FISH sandwich, brisket, roast beef and REUBEN. I go for the curly fries. In the summer I like a vanilla shake, and rarely have sweet drinks. It has been a year or so; I love the vibe at the Hopkinsville Ft Campbell location, and some years ago I would visit the 7th St location. I also like chicken sandwiches, but have not tried Arby's. I need to stop back; and see when the FISH is back. :)
Walked in and left. No customers. A worker and some people were sitting. A lady got up and said justa minute followed by hollering Frontline. We turned to leave and a person sitting said loudly "never mind , it's leaving".
Customer service was not there.
Tried to order in the drivethur at 5:55pm Friday Sept. 28, 2024, girl said not taking orders, what? Wouldn't even answer anything else, will never be back!!!!
