Employees definitely don't like their job. The food was lukewarm. We felt like we were intruding by eating in. Won't be back. I feel bad for the owner, it's so hard to find good employees.
I have never had such a horrible sandwich from Arby's, they had just opened for the day and I was there about 40 minutes into shift. I was running errands and on my way home a decided to pu a sandwich for my ride back, needless to say I never could finish it. I will let photos show u
The burger was cold and I really don't appreciate having mixed fries do to the employees being lazy and not cooking extra curly fries instead putting wrinkle fries on the bottom and currley on top worst fast food restaurants atleast McDonald's don't do the customer like that
Check to make sure all your food is in the bags. There were about 6 people standing around at the drive thru window inside and they handed me half of my order. I sat there waiting for a couple of minutes before they noticed and actually opened the window again. I asked for the rest of my order and they acted puzzled. Finally giving it to me. Still managed to get it incorrect. They were really nice, just kind of clueless.
I always try to get the Greek gyro which is one of my favorite sandwiches from Arby's.
Stopped in for lunch and had a Reuben. I was a little disappointed that the sandwich didn’t have more thousand island dressing and sauerkraut. Maybe it was just a bad day and I will try again another time.
Waited 20 minutes on our sandwiches and another 10 on fries. They were out of curly fries & several drinks were out at the fountain. Dining room was nasty.
The lady at the register wouldn’t honor my coupon after we told her we wasn’t from here. She then proceeded to tell us that the restaurant was not corporate and it was privately owned. Okay I understand if that’s true however she was very rude about it. So me and my family left without getting anything.
