Forced to park and come in for an order I placed on the app when there is no one in line at the drive thru is diabolical. Then to receive this sorry excuse for a sandwich yall spending good money advertising is ridiculous.
Friendly staff, clean, food was out quite fast, and brought to our table. Jalapeño poppers were HOT..in a good way. Bathroom could use a little cleaning.. not bad but needs a refresh.
Came here to eat they close at 12am it’s currently 9:42 I’m still in the drive threw, she only moved when I took a picture of her not doing her job! Then after waiting another 20 minutes a guy comes on and tells me he won’t serve me because I asked him why they all of a sudden want to do their jobs after I took a picture of the girl watching me just sit in the drive through! His excuse was oh we had to fix the drive threw so you can order (your system doesn’t effect your headset as someone who used to work in fast food you just didn’t want to do your job, because even after all of that they only said something to me when I loudly said it’s okay I’ll run their time up as write this review the managers name is William so William you need to talk to your employees about stealing time their there to work not play on their phones! Such a shame
The employees were very kind to my wife and I, letting us know our food was made with love. That was so kind. Happy they re here, and the food was hot and enjoyable.
I was so excited when I first saw an Arby's being built across the street from me. I hate that Berewick is full of chains, but at least this one is my favorite fast food restaurant.
They sent us a coupon for a free sandwich, so of course we went and got way more than just a sandwich. We had plenty of coupons, so we paid $13 for our meal of 4 sandwiches and 2 fries.
We got the new 5 meat stack, a half pound beef and cheddar, a Reuben, a classic roast beef, and two small fries. In addition to our coupons, they have a happy hour that makes a small fry (and other items) $1 until 5pm.
Whenever I try new things, I still think a regular roast beef with a side of curly fries is the best thing to get (add horsey sauce if course). The 5 meat stack was pretty good. The Reuben wasn't bad, but didn't feel like what I come to Arby's for. The beef and cheddar is close enough to a regular roast beef that it's my next favorite. Unfortunately the fries were not very warm, but I guess that's fast food for you.
The service was nice here. We made our order really complicated with all of the coupons and changing our mind and they were accommodating. I think they're still training staff, but that's not an issue with me.
Overall, you know what Arby's is. I thought this one was better than some as far as the non-food areas go.
Order our food online...... The best things customer service when I went to pick the food staff was very friendly. The mac n cheese bits were awesome. The issues we had the even though the fish and fries were not burnt it tasted awful like cooking oil needed to be change. But the worst was the slider.... it look like one thing on the website but what we got was all bun no meat.( see pics)
After seeing the Arby's 4 for $10 commercial on the Olympics for about the hundredth time I decided I had to have it. The guy taking my order doesn't know anything about the deal and it is nowhere on the menu board so I order something else...as I get my drink I see the 4 for $10 ad on the window. I ask the staff why they said they didn't have the deal and they said the guy at the front is just new and didn't know...
So I asked them to give me the deal I actually wanted that I came in for and the response was " we would have to refund everything and we don't know how to do that". REALLY??? No apology or any offer to help in any way. How hard would it be to make that right?
Terrible customer service and an unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Really disappointed in the service experience at this location.
My god if I can call corporate on this sorry Arby’s establishment I would. I understand that coming near the window at 11:30 pm on a Saturday that it near closing . What I do not understand is the stupidity of looking at a customer in the window and then acting like you did not hear the customer at the speaker. If I was your manager just ignoring a customer and then looking at the customer with a smile and not taking an order is just so petty. If I was the manager I would had you fired for your poor customer service. I am calling corporate for I see these employees need new training on customer service.
