I have never in my life seen an Arbys roast beef sandwich with only 3 slices of roast beef on it! Literally 3 slices! But that's what this location served and several drinks in the lobby were out and when I tried to ask if they had drinks the behind the counter that I could get the cashier wouldn't even turn around and acknowledge me. Another employee walked up and saw me and turned around and walked off. It was the worst experience I think I have ever had at an Arbys.
The poor manager was literally doing everybody job this not the young lady was working front counter and only took orders and stood like this when they was backed up a couple customers offered to assist with getting orders out that’s how terrible it was
The Original French Dip Sandwich was Incredible.
Went Back the next Day to get Another French Dip Sandwich and A Beef and Cheddar Sandwich, Missed Out On the Fish Sandwich. Heard it was Pretty Great, from My Brother and He Never Says Good things about a Fast Food Place, so it Must have been Pretty Awesome. ????????❤
Everytime I come to this Arby’s I am always so welcomed and get food fast. Nowadays, the fast food industry comes with a lot of attitudes and slow service— but THIS Arby’s never ceases to amaze me. Thank you Griffin Arby’s for your KINDNESS & customer service & most importantly, GOOD HOT FOOD.
3 years ago I wrote a review saying "the drive thru is slow but the food is always correct"
That has changed so much. Last Saturday the 20th I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich and received a burger. Mind you when I pulled up to the window I heard the drive thru worker say "I guess I need to start checking orders before they get handed out...oh well". That should have been my sign to not trust what was handed over. I was so disappointed and really wanted the right thing so I went back on Monday the 22nd and order the same thing, roast beef and cheddar with extra cheddar sauce. I received a plain roast beef sandwich. I'm so incredibly disappointed in this location and have been for a while, it's unfortunately the only one near by. I just want the right food!! Arby's, do better.
I only ever use the drive thru so cannot comment on the atmosphere. But I love Arby's food so it's worth the 20+ min drive one-way to get it! Have never been given cold food or the wrong thing so very happy with this place.
I love Arby’s and I always think why this Arby’s branch is not crowded and today I came to know about there quality …….who ever is the manager please change your Cooking Grease and please prepare freshly made sandwich when the customer Walkin thank you
Or was taken swiftly, food arrived swiftly, but did not care for the younger staff, the cursing running in and out of the store and what his boyfriend sitting up there
