Best WLM Reviews
They had 2 turkey sandwiches for Thanksgiving.
Neither was good.
They had no flavor.
Stick with Regular menu items.
Sometimes seasonal sandwiches aren't very good.
The meat was dense and hard to digest.
The young man in the drive thru was very nice, food was good, especially the apple turnovers but they we're a little cold. All in all it was good.
I want to share my experience coming to your store at 09/25 2;43 the lady who waited on me was so pleasant she was multitasking with different orders. You manager was yelling at her to clock out. The nice lady ride was waiting for her and she was willing to finish the orders. The lady clocked out and your manager forced her to work. That’s absolutely against the law I was horrified how she treated her. I’m originally from GC but could not believe how she talked her like a stray dog. Unbelievable absolutely appalled. The reason I gave a one do you can read it. Your manager was also 20 minutes late coming to work check out the footage . I m the blonde who ordered Reuben.
This was a dive through experience, so the atmosphere was hot and humid. Lol. ARBY'S GC is my reliable, go-to place for lunch. I only get half an hour, so I require a fast and reliable drive thru. ARBY'S has never let me down!
Just want to start off by saying I believe it was the GM was very sweet and helpful!! The frontline person his name tag said Nathan was very friendly and had amazing service. Their team got my food out very quickly and they were doing their thing very great will definitely visit again!!
Thank you for acknowledging front line even though it's late.
Also,
I appreciate the hospitality. Nice job.
It's fast food. It's a better place than Mc something. ????
This Arby's is one of the best fast food restaurants in our town. They almost always get our order right and are courteous, quick, and efficient. My only complaint is that our fries are usually cold and just not great, but that's curly fries from any restaurant any more. The good curls from Hardee's 25 years ago are long gone.
