I went to Arby's for lunch. They have a 2 for $6 menu so I chose the classic roast beef and the new macaroni bites. I ordered the classic lemonade instead of the one from the soda machine. The sandwich was okay. Just plain and boring. The macaroni bites taste strongly of macaroni and cheese, just not creamy and definitely overcooked the breading. I would prefer creamy mac and cheese any day over these. The regular lemonade is on the smaller side. It is tart for sure. I also tried the new pumpkin pie turnover. She asked if I wanted it warmed up. After several minutes, I went back up to remind her that I was still waiting for it. She hands it to me in a little paper pouch and didn't offer me a fork. The turnover is a hot mess. Too much cream cheese melted all over it. Yes, there is plenty of real pumpkin inside when you can get to it. Maybe I should have ate it cold and scraped off the excess cream cheese. Either way, I won't be eating there again for a long while.
I’m not sure of his name, the only description that I can give is he’s an older black gentleman with a jerry curl hairstyle. I believe he’s a new employee or just super attentive to everything (which isn’t a bad thing at all) but he was dressed to a T, had a smile on his face the entire time, greeted you when you walked in the door and made sure every order was correct before he gave you your order. I bet he’s such a joy to work with! His happiness is contagious! He was wonderful and SUCH a sweetheart which is so rare nowadays with food service! Give this man a raise!
I had got the roast turkey ranch bacon sandwich combo and a shake. First off, my fries was cold and bacon on the sandwich was hard as a brick. I don't think bacon on a sandwich supposed to be hard like that. Everytime I bit the sandwich, I was biting something hard. Then they gave me old ass lettuce on my sandwich. The lettuce was brown and black. The only thing that was decent was the shake. I hardly eat at Arby's but now I'm probably never going to eat there again
Today at 7:30 7/16/24 my husband and I came through the drive thru and they left out his fries and majority of the meat from his Sandwich it was 28 dollars for our order…
My food was done perfectly
I’m just now realizing that they got his order entirely wrong and served him the wrong sandwich and gave us a tub of juice
The drive through is never open due to laziness. I would be embarrassed to own this dump. I know there's only zoo animals to hire, but I'd rather close than limp along like this.
The food was cold and was terrible. Service from the front lady was horrible. She was very rude about my coupons. And actually rolled her eyes at me . Then when we got home this was my large fries. Absolutely ridiculous.
Inside the building was real cold feels like you were in a freezer. Got some potatoe cakes and they were past well done. Had to ask for arby's sauce. The people that work here were nice that is the only reason why I left 2 stars.
Wednesday morning at 940 I was informed anything that I ordered would take an hr. Called the manager at the store. Of course there was only 2 ladies there. And all she could say was I'm sorrry... yeah yall are SORRY AS HELL.... really an hr. Then ypu need to open at 1030. Ran me late too work with no food.
