Waited 30 minutes for my food in line. I was the only car. Just a simple chicken wrap, nothing crazy
Its qick and easy for lunch. There have been a couple times my roast beef sandwich was cold but it was still good after adding extra sauce haha. Service is usually good only had a couple times it wasn't. It was like the cashier was spaced out those days and didn't understand. Its a good establishment.
5-2-23 I walked inside today and ordered chicken strips and French fries i made sure to ask for new fresh chicken and fries. I got my order and left, bag was hot, and I was starving. I get back to work and bite into one of my "fresh" chicken strips and it's hard and taste like rubber. I imagine what happened is they took the old stripes they had setting there and refried them. Thanks Arby's great lunch.
Ordered the new 9 piece hot honey boneless wings medium and this is what I got. I had to wait about 10 mins before anyone came to the window. Tasted good but presentation and quantity was horrible. Seems like they just grabbed a small handful and just tossed it in the box. I literally got a piece of chicken the size of a quarter that counted as 1 piece. Wouldn’t recommend ordering this from this location again. I personally am not going here anymore I’d rather take my chances somewhere else or Burger King across the street.
Teach your kids some manners before you send them out in the world. Skinny kid, no name tag, rude and unprofessional. And cut your it looks very unsanitary. Bring on the robots
Love their cherry turnovers. They had strawberry lemonade and definitely had to get that. Upset that they stopped selling their potato cakes. Use to love them with their signature Arby's sauce. Pretty much any sandwich they serve has been good, but my favorites are the reuben, beef n' cheddar and the roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich.
All employees were very nice and quick getting my food even though they are understaffed
I went through the drive thru. At around 1:30 pm 6/9. All I ordered was a large curly fries. They gave me the dregs of all the orders from before.the crumbs. There was only about 5 of them that was long enough to curl.
