Had ordered a Double Beef n Cheddar, large curly fries ????, and a medium diet Root Beer. The sandwich is a good size portion for me and the curly fries were soft and crunchy. Last time I had a sandwich from Arby's was on the east coast in Raleigh and prices have increased since. Everything was good. ???????? April 30
I recently dined at Arby's, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of amazing.
I ordered one of their classic roast beef sandwiches, and it was a flavor explosion. The roast beef was tender and juicy, perfectly complemented by the fresh bun and their signature sauce. It's evident that they take pride in their food quality.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. The employees at this Arby's were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was enjoyable. Their excellent service added an extra layer of satisfaction to my meal.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was also worth noting. It was immaculate, which is always reassuring, especially in today's times.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a fast-food restaurant that not only serves amazing food but also boasts a staff that makes you feel genuinely welcomed, Arby's is the place to go. My visit left me thoroughly impressed, and I'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious offerings.
The staff is friendly and patient. I was pleasantly surprised. Nobody was in line. I haven’t had Arby’s in years so I didn’t remember what any of the food tasted like. If you like salty, this is the place for you!! White Mac was actually good. Yes, I saw them microwave it. The Jamocha shake was delicious. Curly fries were good. My son had a spicy chicken. It looked very sloppy and drowned in hot sauce and ranch but he said it was good.
Solid Arby’s the service in the drive thru is top notch but the (curly) fries weren’t fresh and the area around isn’t the greatest.
The restaurant presented well. The outside and lobby were clean, for the most part. A little sweeping here and there after a table wipe on the few dirty tables. The staff was nice and friendly. The chicken bacon swiss I ordered wasn't very crispy after coming out the microwave. The buffalo chicken wrap was a little better. The fries and jalapeno bites were fresh and delicious. Overall, not bad but not great. Making orders fresh makes a big difference. Crispy chicken should be crispy. Microwaves are not for cooking. It takes 5 minutes to cook a chicken fillet.
The food at this location was fresh, tasty, and not stingy with the serving size! The store was super clean and neat; even the BATHROOM!! The team members were extremely friendly and even came out to our table to check if everything was okay, WHAAAT (which is virtually unheard of at a fast food restaurant, I was actually SHOCKED!!)! I don't care what anybody says, ARBY'S is the new GOLD Standard!!
I always get the roast beef because I just love their roast beef and I always ask for them to cut it extra thin for me. And most of the time they do and that makes it so much better.
The boy that waited on me last time messed up my order but he was new so I will cut him a break lol. Store was very clean floors were clean bathrooms were clean.
Had to wait over 15 minutes for food and my fries were cold. Excuse given....."my bad you got bumped off the screen..." What garbage. Not coming back to THIS arbus again. I should have gone next door to Taco Bell......judging the Diablo Chicken on just the sandwich ....not the 15 mnutes to get it, The Diablo Chicken is the spiciest of most of the big/popular fast food chains. The sauce flavor is a great smokey spice flavor...unfortunately my chicken was dry and the wait time made the buns very soggy and not to palatable, along with very soggy lettuce. I would try this sandwich again if I am near a differwent Arby's. Dissappointed in this experience.
