Food and service was good.
$5 for 5 was a good deal But didn't realize they shrunk the sandwiches. I thought they were Jr. Roast Beef.

Bring back the Potato Cakes
We stopped at this Arby's on our way to San Diego. Once we got back on the road we opened up our sandwiches and were pissed that they made our sandwich poorly. There was sauce all over the bottom of the beef and cheddar. Not an easy thing to eat as it's dripping on my shirt. The bun was hard on one area and the meat was all clumped on the one side. Here's a picture of the inside of of the wrapper to show how they served our sandwich.
It's Arby's, the staff isn't rude but can be slightly brusque and awkward. The building has seen better days but feels pretty clean. The food is fine and a step above most fastfood, and though it could use some vegetables, that's just how the chain is rather than a statement about the location itself. The place is quiet. The location can be easy to miss the turn off into at night but isn't terrible since it's conveniently located and you can't miss the building itself and it's rarely crowded. It's not the best, but it's a pretty good Arby's. Order on the app for deals!
Hate to say it, but we were not impressed. One small dollop of tartar sauce on the fish sandwiches. ????
...And, the overhead menu said the Combo's were $8.98, but we were charged $9.55 for 2 combos.
$1.44 overcharge might not seem like much, but how many Combo's did Arby's sell today or however long the difference has been.
The Manager said "he'd asked for the signage to be changed but 'they' hadn't done it yet." I don't know who 'they' are, but I'm pretty sure they should change the signage BEFORE they change the prices at the cash register. ????
We won't be back to this Arby's.
Not a lot of people there, ask the tables were dirty. They only had the front ones open. Only one side of trash was open and it was overflowing. Floor was filthy. They had plenty of employees standing around that could have cleaned. Food was overcooked. If you wanted ketchup or a bag, you had to wait at counter for someone to come up there.
We have eaten here a few times now and the service is always reasonably fast, food always fresh and the lobby and drink machine are always clean. It's also super convenient being close to the four points. Thanks for the great food!
I arrived just as they were opening, 9:35 am. As soon as I walked in the guy working declares "our computer system is down, it will take 10 minutes or so until the system is up". Shouldn't the manager arrive early to make SURE everything is running? Why even open if the computer is down and you can't orders?!? So I decided to wait then some lady I assume is some sort of manager arrives 5 minutes later, looking disheveled like she just came from the gym, and certainly dressed for it said she will take order on paper . I ordered a JUST sandwich and she says: large or small, and do you want curly fries? I stated that I only asked for the sandwich. She let out a painful sigh, then he looks at the menu on the wall and writes down the combination price, $11 and some change. Again, I stated that I *ONLY* want the sandwich and the price should be $8 and change. Flustered, she rolls her eyes at me and mumbles incoherently and writes down the correct order. Really? Upset because I want what I asked for? Sorry to trouble you with my business. I pay in cash and she screams out to the kitchen
"I need a half pound roast beef"! 5 minutes later she said "here you go" and slides the bag across the counter without a thank you, sorry about the delay, nothing. Then I get home and the sandwich was made with old, dry thick beef. It was unedible. The most pathetic Arby's sandwich and experience I've had. The woman who was working needs some SERIOUS training on dealing with customers.And she should read the dress code that I imagine is in the Arby's employee handbook she was provided. It's sad to think she trains employees.

Worst Arby’s I have ever been at in 46 years. Temperature inside the restaurant was close to 90 degrees. We asked if they could turn the temp down, but the Employee explained it is set at 85 & they are not allowed to touch it. The wait for our food with one person before us was 40 minutes to get our food. All the while we sat inside this place, sweating. They had only one garbage can in the restaurant, the other two were “out of service”. How garbage cans can be “out of service” is a new one to me.
The food itself was bad. The curly fries all burnt & had no potato inside the coating. The sandwiches we ordered were missing basic ingredients like red ranch on the beef and cheddar. My daughter got a chicken slider she couldn’t even eat because it was disgusting.
We ordered for dine-in, but everything came in bags. Au Juis for the french dip was leaking thru the bag and nearly fell out as the bag deteriorated.
Avoid this place at all costs. The owners obviously do NOT care about their employees who are working in a 100+ degree kitchen (one of whom was physically handicapped, and in a wheelchair). The owners dont care about their customers as well, based on the conditions inside the dining area.
This Arby’s is in Yuma, right off hwy 8 in Arizona. Go elsewhere. Thanks
