I Order A Cookie Which Cost $3 And Didn't Receive It. Not Only Am I Missing The Cookie They Used Slices Of Cheese To Make My Wrap Instead Of The Shredded. My Wraps Are Cold Like They Were Sitting In A Refrigerator. The Milk Shake Is The Only Thing I Got That Was Edible.
Stopped by for a quick meal and was pleasantly impressed by some things, and not by others. The staff was great! The food - so so.
Let's start with the staff. I have the Arby's app and, being a Tuesday, I got a coupon I was going to use. But, for whatever reason, I was having trouble figuring out how to enter the order in to the app properly. The employee behind the counter saw that I was struggling and offered to help by applying the coupon at the cash register. He went to the shift leader and got the approval to do so and saved me from the problems I was having. He also made sure he got my order right and helped me and other customers in other ways. Five star service for sure!!!
The food was a slightly different story. I tried the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The chicken pieces had been cooked a while before so when I bit into them I noticed they were actually room temperature. The bigger issue for me was the wrap though. It was very chewy to the point of almost being tough. Not sure if it also sat out for too long of what, but it was almost unpleasant. Final comment, and a positive one, the buffalo sauce was actually pleasantly spicy.
So, overall, an OK experience.
Drive thru had a line. Came inside to order. Stood there for 10 min waiting. The gentleman seen me standing there continued filling orders standing there talking and filling drive thru orders ignoring not only myself but others. Walked out will not return. Demand more than minimum wage yet can’t even provide minimum service
my sandwich was RAW. this is absolutely unacceptable. how did someone not notice the meat was raw when they were putting together the sandwich?!
Came through here late at night, usually when the staff does not want to see somebody show up. The young gentleman who took my order was extremely friendly
I love Arby’s I have always been a fan! I came here and used my coupons from the Sunday paper and they let you use multiple coupons on the same order! I would have gave 5 stars but they were out of shake mix apparently for the evening and I was confused because they have 3 different flavors plus the specialty mint chocolate shake which I’m assuming is just chocolate and then they add the mint so I’m just like so you’re out of all 3 mixes? Wow smh
How is this enough cheese for a single beef and cheddar, let alone a double, which is what was in this picture? This had happened multiple times now, when there used to be enough. Giving three stars though, because everything else is usually fine, just our beef and cheddars never have enough cheddar anymore.
Edit: I thought I'd also mention they were not busy. No one was inside and we were one of two cars in the drive through and the other car didn't show up behind us until we were handed our order.
Staff was very rude. Accidentally submitted my mobile order to the wrong Arby’s. I called the Arby’s I put the order in to, had them call the Arby’s I was at. Had it squared away on that end. They said sometimes they don’t accommodate you. Just so you are aware. But show them your receipt and they will keep a look out for you. I go through the drive thru. They tell me they can’t accommodate me. That’s not how there system works. Very rude. It’s the same thing. I don’t see the different. I already paid. I will never go to this establishment ever again. Lost a loyal customer.
