False advertising. Nasty sandwich. Minimal ingredients. "Large" drink size for lemonade is TINY. Curly fries are not curly. They are just seasoned (and burned) fries. Rude and incompetent staff, including the store manager. (If there is a copy & paste response from them in this review, that speaks volumes, as it does with all companies that make a living ripping off and mistreating their customers.) I'll never eat here again. Not at this location - not anywhere. Goodbye nasty Arby's. P.S. - Should we really be surprised, when they blatantly post illuminati/freemasonic images on the front door? LOL I swear, we live in "Satan's Little Season".
This was the best experience I have ever had at an Arby’s. Hands down. Sarah took my order in the most helpful and enthusiastic way, (and she was super cute, oh my goodness). The food was on point, and the kind lady that brought out my food was very caring and polite as well! 110% -much respect to these folks. Remember: kindness and good vibes are contagious. Pass em on! : ) Get these workers a raise, for they have the customer service game beat by a long shot compared to any other local business!!!
Had The Good Burger meal, as did my son and we were both equally impressed! My son commented on how perfectly cooked his patty was. We did order the burgers with the sauce on the side, I would order it that way again. The burger sauce is a little on the sweet side for me, I assume it's the relish in it. The crinkle fries were yummy and the strawberry shake was good.
I was very impressed with the service and professionalism from the staff. This order was placed in the drive thru but even from that perspective the staff seemed to work well together as a team. They were friendly and polite. And my food was ready in a timely manner.
The burgers were made as requested (no tomato on 1 sauce on the side for both).
Aside from tonight's order this Arby's has proved to be consistent overall, but our normal orders consist of a cookie and a shake and you can't get much wrong there so, nice to see they follow through on the rest on the menu as well.
I ordered 2 of the French Dip and Swiss sandwiches and the workers didn't bother to seal the containers of au jus properly, leading it to mostly leak out all over my passenger car seat. When I got home, the lids were loose on both containers and even when I tried to seal them completely, they would not. Thank you for ruining my car seat.
This Arby's has got it right everytime I have been there. Friendly and helpful staff and I have yet to have any problems with my orders. I hope they remain consistent with this! Thank you to the employees at this location for making my experience as convenient, friendly, and tasty as possible!
I don't hold fast food chains to any high standards by any means but when you give me a sandwiches with 60% of the meat is burned that's a problem. I just got two doubles tonight and discovered when I got home that the sandwiches were burned if the employees paid half as much attention as the did to jamming out to the music playing, just maybe they may not hand off orders below the company's standards.
The food was super great and the staff was really nice too. The meat was really high quality as well as the two sandwiches in general. Only $7 too for two sandwiches
A nice enough location. We did the drive thru. They took the order accurately and quickly. It wasn't terribly busy for being around dinnertime. They were remarkably fast in getting our order out to us and we were pretty happy with the whole experience.
