Took my money for a mobile order and refused to make food at 11 PM when both the app and store say they close at midnight. The employee admitted she shut off the friers to get off early despite the store supposed to be open
Drive Thru 8/13/24 around 9pm - asked to pull up no one was in front - waited over 20min - closer to 30 - so I finally went inside to get our order - cheeseburger & buffalo chicken wrap combos, order of mozzarella, water, potato cakes and slider w cheese … slider only had cheese no meat, potato cakes were old and mozzarella missing - not a good experience at all
Very upbeat atmosphere to be working on Thanksgiving . Just passing through but . The manager put a smile on my face with the mozzarella sticks. I enjoyed my meal ????.
I've never in my life experienced such poor customer service! I placed an order through a delivery service, and upon receiving my order, it was completely wrong! In addition to being extremely poor in quality. It was cold, and my fries were noticeably old as if they had been sitting for hours! My Big Cheesy Bacon Burger had absolutely nothing on it!! No bacon , sauce ,etc. No condiments in the bag, so on, and so on. I attempted calling the restraunt simply for a replacement, and the GM had the audacity instruct the young lady that answered the phone to tell me that they would not fix the problem because they'll be losing money if they replace my order!! I frequent Arby's for catering for my office, many of my company events ,and normally have excellent service. However, this was my first time patronizing this specific location. I called corporate, and not only was the lady who answered very nonchalant about the situation, but she made no real attempt to rectify the situation! I spent over 25 dollars and was only offered a free sandwich coupon! Not even a replacement of the same order!! I will definitely be sharing this horrible experience with my colleagues as well as seriously looking into finding a new option for our office functions.
Exceptional staff. Everyone is friendly and the service is punctual. I have been here multiple times and I always have a marvelous dining experience. Money well spent ☺️.
Horrible service. I walk inside at 9:30pm to make an order. The cashier was standing there on her phone, looked up at me, and didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. I stood there for like 10 minutes. Then the manager came out and told me they close in 2 minutes. The door clearly says they were open until 12am. I ended up just leaving.
Also, the cooks in the back were very loud and cursing. Will never come back here again.
Upon arriving I was third in line at the Drive-thru. I was greeted by a nice lady. She seemed happy and eager to work . I told her what I would like she was great cause she also had suggestive sales. I declined. But she did a very great job and in a speedy fashion. I also liked the fact that I had all condiments needed for my order. These wings was so yummy. The sauce is so good. Plus my food was fresh and hot upon receiving it in a timely manner.
Pulled up to the drive through at 11:12 pm there was multiple cars in the drive through the car in front of me pulled off I pulled up to the speaker and said hello never got a answer I sat for a few minutes still nothing pulled to the window and the lady act like she didn’t see me so I beeped my horn and she said they were closed they close at 11 on Sundays but it clearly says 12 on the website then instead of coming on the speaker and saying they are closed she let a line full of people just sit there which I don’t really think they were suppose to close at 11 just unprofessional definitely won’t return to this location poor customer service!
