Having a baby at the hospital across the street and I got food from there for my first meal in almost 24 hours. I drove back across the street and was in my room eating it literally 5 min after she handed it to me and it was all cold. During lunch so not off hours ... the fries were chilled, the meat was not even Luke warm and the mozzarella sticks were like string cheese with breading. Check your food before you pull away from the window for sure.
for now on just assume everyone wants Arby's sauce, like literally just put it in everyones bag. Cause even when people ask for it y'all still don't put in the bag.????but on a lighter note thank y'all for what y'all do and feeding my big back self.
I call the restaurant to notify them of a bug that was found in my fries . The Manager Christopher S. apparently didn't know what to do when a customer has a complaint about their food. I was thinking if a bug was in my fries, it could be a bug in my sandwich too. So I asked him to replace the whole meal. Christopher S. and the assistant manager only wanted to replace the fries or replace the sandwich but not the whole meal. Because I ate some of the food. I asked again to redo the whole meal over and I showed him the picture of the bug on my fries he said it was a piece of lettuce . But clearly the piece of lettuce had eyes and wings. Christopher S. and the Assistant manager grudgingly replaced the order after going back and forth with me with an attitude and exhibiting poor customer service. Sadly to say that it was my first time visiting this location. And the replacement order was done poorly. So please make sure you check your food before you begin eating if you order from this location.
Food was good and fast server was fantastic, only draw back they were out of Coke in the front as well as the back machines. Someone was sent back to change the tanks. The floor near the soda machine was very wet and dirty. The shake machine was out of mix. It was the one thing my husband was really looking forward to
I enjoyed a meal from here recently. Saw a promo on TV for their new Crispy Fish Sandwich, buy one get one free, 2 for $5 bucks, something like that, and remember thinking to myself that I haven't had any sort of filet filet sandwich in years.
The next day as I was coming home for lunch I popped into the Battlefield Blvd location and picked up the deal and brought it home. I also ordered a large curly fry to go with the meal. Drive-through experience was quick and everything on the order was correct.
Upon arriving home I noticed the sandwiches were larger than I expected and I put one in the fridge for later and had the other for lunch. You get a nice sized piece of fried fish on there along with cheese, shredded lettuce and whatever their tartar sauce is on a toasted sesame seed bun. I found it to be very good and so were the fries.
This was a pretty good deal on price and quantity and I'll definitely do it again sometime in the future.

I got an email from this location regarding my review and it left a link to leave a review for management, but the link did not work. I clicked on it and the website tossed up an "Error" and a blank screen. So, you may want to fix that issue if you honestly want further info from customers, per your request.
Edit: (I also ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks and crinkle cut fries, which were tasty. I gave the review a 3 star rating due to those food items, but NOT for the classic roast beef sandwich. Plus, the lady at the window was nice and hollered at me when she forgot to hand me the water bottle that came with my meal.) I stopped to grab some lunch today from Arby's, but it had been at least a year since I'd last eaten there. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich, which is known for their super thin sliced roast beef piled high on a bun. Not anymore. I don't know what they're thinking, but the sandwich had actual hunks of thick sliced roast beef, plus there were actual chunks of roast beef on it as well. This is NOT the Arby's classic roast beef sandwich I grew up eating. It was so disappointing because that's what Arby's was known for and people loved it. I will not return because it altered the sandwich so much, it's just not the same or worth the effort now. Unfortunate.
It's Arby's you can't go wrong , for the price they better not mess it up lol
Service was quick and double meat beef 'N' cheddar with curly fries is yummy. Nice and clean dinner area and bathroom.
