The lady at the drive thru was so soo nice! She gave my dog a pup cup and he was smiling the rest of the drive. 10/10 customer service!! THANK YOU
Meh, it was ok. Wasn't bad but wasn't great either. My son's chicken tenders were clearly old and had been dropped in the fryer really quick before serving. The fries were a little better. Meat on the sandwich was fine but the pop dispensary had several flavors out, as did the condiment station. Bathroom was, again, not bad but not clean either. I would avoid this location if you can.
Decidedcto visit Arby's, we had a coupon. Went inside to place order. Lobby was clean, supplies stocked, etc. They acknowledged when we first walked in & said they'd be right with us. Young man behind counter was friendly & pleasant. Answered our questions & accommodated our needs. Food was quick & bagged (greatly I might add, so fries didn't spill). My son tried new sweet heat chicken, he said its pretty good. We'll be back.
Given the wrong order in drive thru... told the wrong total... missing items resulting in coming back .... what a mess don't eat here
Super nice but had me pull around to get my order and asked about sauce prior to bring out. Came and gave me my food at the door and went back inside. Had ordered sauce for the kids meal, ranch and marinara for cheese sticks and asked for Arby's and Horsey Sauce. They only gave me one thing or marinara and forgot the rest. Was too busy to drive back around and the door had been locked. But the male cashier was really nice!! A women ran out tye order and while polite, just quickly took off before I could ask her for the rest. Obviously not a huge deal and maybe they were busy, but I more thinking they trying to close up, which I understand as I worked at a bar until 2am for a long time. That said, it was prior to 9pm so fairly early. Overall I for the most part get great food and great service from this location. Perhaps just an off day ????
Yesterday was the worst experience that I have had at Arby's. Double beef and cheddar only had a quarter size amount of cheddar on it. The fish sandwich that we had to pull around and wait for (10 minutes), was disgusting. It literally fell apart. Could not even eat as a sandwich. We were asked if we needed sauce and said yes. No sauce in bag! Totally disgusting for the amount you pay!
We stopped on our way through Waterford for a meal. My wife wanted the curly fries and I was going to try the chicken wrap.. The rap itself was drier than a Texas fart. It was like chewing a washcloth but the interior was what I was really after. Anyway, was not bad. Overall it would never order another one. About the french fries were on par for Arby's. A customer service was okay but we had to wait 35 minutes on the other side of the building for our order. Won't be back
So I was pretty impressed with this location because my mozzarella sticks always seem fresh and the cheese is stringy still. That's great! And I usually don't mind waiting the 10+ mins in the drive thru when they are worth the wait. Today was different, the cashier, Jessica was super quick. Impressive. But apparently it takes too long to add in the one coupon I have. I get it, if it inconviences you THAT much, then don't add in the discount. But give me back my coupon man! Then to add insult, she only gives me one ranch for two orders of sticks. Rude. Does it kill you to give me a ranch per order so it doesnt have to be shared Arbys?!
