Best WLM Reviews
This is a pretty good location lobby area clean neat and in order. It appears to have a full-time person that does the lobby. Bathrooms were clean food department rating was 96 which is so so. Staff was fairly friendly. Hopefully they can improve in a few more positive customer service areas. Overall a good experience I hope this Arby's survives.
I am so glad that Arby's brought back potato cakes!! The roast beef and milk shakes were great. The kids loved the sliders. Thanks Arby's for providing a great place to stop and eat as a family.
I like getting the roast turkey and Swiss wrap. Sometimes arbys is on point, and others the staff is lacking. We always have to check our order before leaving. One time, there was 4 things wrong with our order and it took forever. We still didn't get our large drink, but we were tired of sending stuff back. If everything goes as it should, the food is great! Also, the other day they were out of salads.
Came from a late night tournament this past Saturday and the gentleman was so patient and made sure all of our food was correct as we had 7 orders! He was phenomenal!
the five stars is for this particular location. I really don't feel like we ought to so freely give out five stars but this restaurant has great personality. I eat there at least once a week because it's so close to my work and I always use my Boy Scout card for the drink and fries with any regular sandwich.
This is the only Arby's restaurant around the area that I visit. I typically go for their Gyro and curly fries and it never fails to hit the spot.
Staff is friendly and orders are made fast.
Tonight, I ordered some chicken nuggets. They were pretty much just bread. Only about 2 ‘nuggets’ had chicken in them. Did I mention, I waited forever for the food. At least the curly fries were nice, warm, and fresh. I just expect more from Arby’s. Next time I get nuggets from Arby’s I expect them to be chicken and not just bread. Good grief.
Always so nice. The ladies at drive thru so cheerful. Food quality great.
