Labor Day, extremely short on help. Waited 30 mins to order. Seemed the three people working were doing their best, but the manager on duty was doing nothing as far as anyone could see. Never came out, apologized or explained. Walked around with no urgency what so ever. Maybe some extra training wouldn't hurt. 4pm
Compliments to gentlemen at the counter, he was doing his best to keep the damage to a minimum.
The two guys working there when I visited were doing a great job. Food seemed fresh, very friendly employees.
This Arby's in specific seems to have better quality than most of the establishments ive been to. Clean inside and the clerk offered me a free flavored lemonade. 5 stars !
Really had a great experience here. Store is clean and attached to a nice truck stop. But most of all, the employees at Arby's here are very professional and accomodating. I had to wait just a couple of minutes for fresh fries, and was offered free dessert for the inconvenience. That's not a common level of customer service anymore, so it was very appreciated. Will stop here again as the truck stop also has showers for $10, which is a deal these days.
Swung in on 4th of July with family. Food was great but costumer service was aweful. The lady with black hair working the front obviously did not want to be there. Her attitude was terrible and when asked for more she simply threw it in the bag and gave us a glare. I understand you may not be the happiest with your job but at least make an effort.
Inside the travel center, great if you're staying at the motel next door, or a truck driver wanting something good to eat!
They are under staffed so it’s slow but there nice ppl and good food
