Been to all other restaurants nearby. Thought we owe this one a visit. The result was not disappointing.
The service was cheerful. We had no problem placing the orders. Lots of menu choices (chicken, fish, etc.) on top of their famous roast beef sandwiches. We got our food in a very short time. They tasted very good especially when with their horsey sauce.
They have an open kitchen which we really like. The whole place, including washrooms are kept reasonably clean. Dining area is comfortable.
We found some tables with crumbs at the time when we arrived. But staff came cleaned them before we were leaving.
We ate around 3pm so it wasn't busy. My husband had the brisket sandwich and I had roast beef. Gotta say the brisket looked great. We shared an order of curly fries. My husband left full
... I was still kinda hungry. Everything tasted good. The brisket sandwich is definitely a winner!!
This was the 1st time I've been to an Arbys in about 10 yrs & I wasn't disappointed. This Arbys was terrific. I took my elderly Mom there for her1st time & she said she definitely wants to go back too.
This Arby's was so clean and welcoming. Hot curly fries and stacked and generous sandwich. Thank you to the staff who were accommodating with my special requests. I also loved that honey mustard and the Mello Yello drink was available self serve. The order was timely and I'm saving this Arby's to visit when in Kent again.
Seemingly short staffed. Going into the establishment we were not acknowledged/greeted and did not have our order taken for upwards of 8 minutes. When our food was ready, our number wasn't called/we weren't made aware so it sat on the counter for a while. I also wish they would have included sauce with our mozzarella sticks but maybe we had to ask for it (normally I go through the Arby's drive thru so I don't know if their practices are different). The food we got was good and I appreciate the staff for working, but I'm not sure if I would go back to this location unless I was going through the drive thru, it seems like those orders are heavily prioritized over indoor orders.
Chicken Buffalo wrap has lettuce, Arby's. Where's the lettuce?

Usually use the drive through, but decided to go in to order today. Surprised by the cute interior. The restaurant and restrooms were immaculately clean. Staff is always friendly and work well as a team.
Ordered a large fry and received an empty container. When i went inside they refused to fix and did not get my money back. I was basically told to go f myself. Im thinking about suing
