11/17/2024, 3:30 pm. We stopped for a bite to eat and went to the drive-thru. We ordered giant roast beef combo, crinkle fries and drink for one order and Mac and cheese bites, jalapeño poppers and curly fries for the other. We had extra fast service but that was unusual for this Arby’s. We found out why. The Mac and cheese bites were over cooked and dry, the jalapeño poppers were also lukewarm and all the fries were cold and stale. This was absolutely the worst food we’ve ever received at Arby’s. The picture is of the Mac and cheese bites. We noticed a strong odor of burned or burning food when the person opened the DT window. Food in general is too darned expensive to pay for this. I get expense costs and labor, etc… but piss poor food is not cool. Hope y’all get it fixed so we don’t have to cross you off our list while visiting Mt Pleasant.
Mac n cheese bites were awesome. They should be for $1 each. Smokehouse Brisket, 5 for presentation, 5 for taste, 3 for temperature. These sandwiches need to be served with steam coming off them. I'll be back.
It has been 6 months since I last ate here. After a long day of work I was looking forward to a good meal from Arby's. I was accidentally given crinkle cut fries instead of the curly fries I ordered. No big deal, I went to the counter to let the girl know. She told me I ordered crinkle cut fries. I know what I ordered, I always get curly fries. She eventually went and scooped out some cold rubbery curly fries for me. I will not be returning to this Arby's. The food is not fresh and the staff is not professional.
Ordered two burger combos, with curly fries. Fries were cold and old. Fries were so chewy and bad we couldn't eat them. Burgers.... Buns were chewy, all in all just didn't taste good. Tasted like patty was cooked in pepper? We couldn't finish burgers or fries.
Worst service ever this Arby’s. Waited 30 minutes for my food and it never came. Stood at the counter trying to ask someone about it and everyone went and hid in the back. Eating doors out of the fryer baskets, not washing hands, playing around, looking at me and then turn around and walk away. Great service. Finally the cashier came up and said you didn’t get your food? Ohh your order must of been bumped off the screen. It wasn’t just my order but several others. It only got serious when I started calling out the nonsense and the manager at the Pilot heard. It’s complete nonsense to treat your customers like this and especially truck drivers that fuel and eat at the stores often. I guess I’ll get the canned response of click this link and let us know what happened.
Staff where friendly and the food came out quick. The reason for the low review is that the food was awful. I'm no stranger to fast food but good golly this stuff was absolutely dripping with grease. I foolishly pushed passed the red flags and now I'm paying the price. Also the soda machine wasn't calibrated correctly, heavy on the syrup and almost flat.
Extremely rude staff. Mostly the bigger red head. Asked for horsey sauce as the despenser was out and she slamed it in my bag and walked away. It was as if the customers were an inconvenience to them all. Won't be back and I love eating at Arby's.
The people were really nice, the gas station itself just felt nice. Fries filled to the brim, a surprise crinkle fry in the chicken tenders, soda is 100% soda, none of the white flavorless stuff. Mozzarella sticks were amazing, as usual. *I would've rated 5 stars, but I didn't order the other amazing food! My fault I rated 4 stars.*
