I went there yesterday for lunch. I didn’t have time to complain about the food I received, as I had to get back to work, and I will say that the beverage and fries were fine, but I ordered a wrap and it wasn’t closed properly and it wasn’t cut. I ate it instead of going back through the drive through to complain, and I had sauce all over my hand from the wrap not being closed. Here’s a pic. This is exactly how it looked when I opened it.
It's a bit haggard in here. Service was nice but extremely slow. Made me pull forward to wait 2 mins when no one else was in the drive thru. Arby's food isn't exactly world class but this was even a bit drier and blander than usual. Skip if you can I'd say but fine in an emergency or if you really want some curly fries
The food was absolutely AMAZING, the bathrooms were as clean as can be, the staff were VERY nice,and caring. They wrote, "Have a good day on our napkins, I would recommend this place to eat at.
I am DISGUSTED with my most recent experience at Arby's in South Hanover. We go here quite frequently and generally it is a mediocre experience, but today's was the worst. I went inside the restaurant and placed my order at 3:47pm per my receipt. There were 2 employees - one on the window/taking orders, and one in the kitchen. I ordered a meal, 2 kids meals, and mozzarella sticks. I watched as car after car had their order fulfilled at the drive thru, meanwhile I was standing there waiting for my order with zero regard for the amount of time I had been standing there. After about 15 minutes, I said "I am trying to be patient, but is my order going to be ready soon?" The employee taking orders said flippantly "I only get paid by the hour, I am still waiting on some things" (essentially ignoring me). The kitchen employee did not seem to know which order I was particularly waiting on, making comments he was working on a buffalo chicken sandwich (which was not a part of my order). Finally, they started getting my order together, and the kitchen employee said "sorry we are down 2 people" but did not offer to partially refund me or do something to make this right. At this point, it was 4:15! I had been waiting for 30 minutes for an in-person order, while the cars at drive thru kept coming and going. There is no respect or regard for my time and the flippant LAZY attitudes of these employees is disgusting. I will not be returning to this store anytime soon due to this experience, it is unacceptable!
Used the drive thru to order a couple sandwiches. One of the most pleasant & friendliest voices came over the loud speaker. Kudos to Mehgan for making our day! If I had to rate this drive thru experience she definitely gets a 10 out of 10….best drive thru experience we’ve ever experienced!!!! Thumbs Up!
Highly recommend the mac and cheese bites! Service was super friendly and food was fresh. Overall will be coming back when i get the chance. Really put a smile on my face
This place is overall the worst place i worked at and ordered from. They tend to mess up simple orders. Give cold food thats been sitting, bad overall mangement and terrible training tactics and team communication. To many employees talking bad abt the owner Tim he is a bad boss who talks to his employees with the most dissrespect. No one likes to respect each other or the customers i highly recommend everyone stay away from here. Employement wise and custmer wise they also do some very shady Business at night only.

I want to give recognition to the employees who really do strive for excellent customer service. Darryl is always going the extra mile providing excellent customer service, making sure your food is the correct temperature and you are satisfied when you receive your items . While the prices are high, just like other fast food restaurants, customer service is aways #1 in my book .
