Very good burgers and clean restaurant
I actually hadn’t visited this particular Arbys for awhile and on 8/23/23 I decided to take my 4 year old son here for lunch and eat inside. I was shocked at how clean the inside was! Also the lady at the register named LaLa was an incredibly nice person! If she isn’t manager, Arbys better make her one and if she is, give her a raise to keep her here! I will continue to come back more often since it seems it’s run better than it was a couple years back.
LaLa was very pleasant, she brought our food to our table with a smile, even checked on us to see if we needed anything and this was during lunch rush!! As I sat there eating with my boy I witnessed her treating every customer great and almost every customer rung the bell as they left. It was nice to see this since most fast food places have employees that seem bothered by the fact you stopped to eat lol. I will be back soon and hopefully LaLa is still here!!
Absolutely one of the slowest restaurants an the planet. Waited 10 minutes inside to place order and 12 more minutes to receive for 2 meals. I would not recommend.
Don't order online for delivery. Got half my order. Couldn't contact anyone. Wasn't the driver, bag was sealed. What food I DID get was good. Buff sliders.
Went there at 9:20 at night. They were supposed to be open until 11:00. There was no note and no updates hours posted. Order was never taken.
Today i went to this location, and wow they made me so happy. This is the best arbys in Pittsburgh. The young man who waited on me named Kalala was so kind and I think hes a great employee to have. Ill definitely be coming back to this location!
Went here about 9:30 on a Monday night. Me and my fiance were really hungry so we ordered big meals and 2 appetizers. Came out to 35 dollars roughly. Not terrible, especially for the amount of food we got. Now coming this late I didn’t really expect our curly fries to be straight out of the fryer hot, but was disappointed when our fries were lukewarm and stale. Are appetizer (mozzarella sticks and jalepeno bites) were warm, not stale but also not fresh. Both of our sandwiches (roast beef n cheddar and chicken bacon Swiss) were very good actually, fresh and hot.
Got the brisket sandwich, it was awesome, manager was running the front counter, she was awesome too.
