Best WLM Reviews
I recently visited Arby’s and had an outstanding experience thanks to an employee named Cynthia. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and made us feel right at home. Cynthia went above and beyond, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, and she was especially kind and attentive to our daughter, who was traveling a long way with us.
Her genuine care and dedication to making every guest feel valued, not just our family, made this visit truly memorable. Arby’s is fortunate to have someone like Cynthia who is so passionate about providing exceptional service. Highly recommend!
We seen people walking around by windows 3:12pm on 08-26-24 and now one took our order by drive through we can see people eating but no one is working.lol I guest there's a goast
If I could give them a zero I would totally rude they messed up my order I ordered a beef and cheddar double they gave me a double plain roast beef I took it up to counter this is what I got I didn't dare complain had to go get 2 forks to eat the sandwich these people are totally disgusting and rude guess southern hospitality missed Minden Louisiana I will be getting in touch with corporate in the morning
Such a warm welcome. You get an eye roll and a attitude just because your their.
The two wonderful gentlemen working the graveyard shift treated me like family. Even though we are from vastly different cultures, I couldn't have felt more welcome. Food was tasty, the people were Even better. Thanks fellas!
Order the turkey gyro with a side salad instead of fries. Gyro was good as always but was really surprised by the freshness of the side salad. Very fresh and tasty and a good portion unlike McD's, BK etc
It’s one of the best food places around town. Although it is a hassle to drive from town all the way to the interstate, because they are located in the road travel center. But their food is always fresh alwaysl cooked to order and I have never had an order messed up or the food just being bad in general. I cannot say that for any other fast food restaurant. Close, recent visit. It was very late in the morning and the lobby was packed. There were only two employees on duty one young man was on the grill, and the other young man was taking orders and working drive-through both of them work together as a team. I didn’t wait too long and the food was very much on point. Good job.
We stopped for a quick bite on our way back home. I must say, Brittany was a very nice and courteous employee and the food was good. Thank you for wishing me a happy mother's day, I really do appreciate when anybody is friendly at their workplace. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you.
