The best service and fries I've had an an Arby's! DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR LETTUCE. It is not safe to eat here. Great service and the fries were super fresh, but when you can get sick from eating the rest of the food, I can't recommend this place.
It is not safe to eat any sandwich with fresh ingredients, because they obviously do not wash their produce. The inside of my sandwich had more dirt, literally planting soil, than sauce. Lettuce, tomatoes, and onions grow in the ground. They're covered in dirt when you harvest them. That's why you wash your produce. The only possible way to have this much dirt in the lettuce is if no one ever even tried to wash their lettuce.
Picture included, with the giant chunks of dirt highlighted. Those black clumps are planting soil. Very nutritious for plants, and very unhealthy for humans. Plus, giant pinkie sized pieces of dirt don't taste good in your sandwich.
Had a great experience here we’re regular customers here now the employees are very nice and friendly professional. Our food we ordered was delicious and fresh hot as well . The Rubin Sandwiches were delicious and the fries plus side drinks. The restaurant was very pleasant and clean . Just not Handicap friendly when you enter the building.
Always fast service. They have a great team of employees. Huge shout out to Marian at the counter! She offers fantastic customer service with a smile. Makes it a point to remember your name too. She needs a raise!
It doesn't matter how close it is to closing, you should always have quality when it comes to food. As you'll see, the manager making my order didn't even give me a full amount of chicken on 1 sandwich, the 2nd one lacked bacon, and the 3rd didn't have the extra bacon I ordered. The mac and cheese was clearly old, and burnt. Everything just tasted off. We also had 2 large shakes that were completely melted and not even mixed well! Even my door dasher had problems with the staff while picking up my order. The store had my order for over an hour, not sure why they pitched a fit when it was being made at closing time when they had my order for so long.
I hadn't been to Arby's in years, and had no idea that the menu expanded so much. I ordered a burger, and it was actually impressive! Reminiscent of the kind of burger you'd get at a bbq joint, and it was the perfect size. The service in the drive thru was quick, friendly, and accurate - which is even more impressive, considering it was dinner time, the night before hurricane Helena came through.
The place is nice and i love to eat there it is a little dirty there but the food is the best part, I prefer the slider. And when they say spicy it is spicy. I just love to eat there and the people there are cool and nice. Now I may be a kid still but i know that this place is the top-tier place in ocala. It is also kinda Cheap if you want a little snack.

Twice I've eaten at this particular Arby's and the first time was ok, the second time I got some beef with gristle in it, and it was hard to chew, so I didn't eat half the meat they put on it. Also, I got one of their apple turnovers once and it was cold, like refrigerated cold. I took it up to the counter and they told me that's how they're supposed to be and that they just put them under heat lamps. I gave them my opinion of what an apple turnover was and how it's to be served, but they didn't care. I will not be eating there again, ever.
I hadn't been to Arby's in a long while. I don't know why, they really do have good food. They have the best curly fries and the gyro I ordered was good too. The lobby was very clean, especially for a fast food restaurant. They need a small place for trash by the drink station though. That was the only place that needed attention and I think it was because people didn't know what to do with their straw wrapper after removing the straw. I walked around for a minute with my straw wrapper in my hand while waiting for my food before noticing a trash can by the door. Over all a good place to eat and I will try to return sooner.
