Had a great visit to this Arby's. Sergio was such a patient person with the older couple before us. He then was so nice with our order. Food was great! Place was really clean. No dirty tables! We got the 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches and they were perfect for our need. Much better experience than the Elma store that closed the lobby on us an hour early and made us go through drive through.
Arby's is officially not worth spending your money on. They give you the most pitiful amount of food and charge you top dollar. It is basically robbery. The quality and quantity absolutely 100% do not justify the prices and they should be investigated.
Good friendly and quick customer service through the drive-thru. Order was accurate and the food was hot. Good job guys!
The wahgu burger was absolutely horrible, it's partly cooked frozen and then they deep fry it,very bad tasting and crunchy, hamburgers are not meant to be crunchy. Never again. And then it came to 11$.one burger with a lettuce wrap.
Asked for no tomato so they took the tomato ends and wrapped it up with my sandwich. Also there's sauce or something all over the outside of the paper that isn't anything that went on the sandwich only cheese ,onion and bacon on one half of the sandwich none on the other half. The other half was a little bit of turkey and lettuce. I had to practically reconstruct the entire thing.. after I pulled the rest of the tomato pieces off my sandwich good thing I'm not allergic. And now I'm second-guessing whether I should eat it at all, considering the sauce all over the outside of the paper that tells me that the kitchen isn't clean. One star because I can't give zero.. I have been to this Arby's several times and I won't make that mistake again.. also their ice cream maker has been broke for at least 2 weeks. Please don't waste your money..
We stopped on a road trip for curly fries with cheese sauce, and that’s what we got. They’re only good while they’re hot though, and the car AC was on so they went stiff pretty quickly. Our bad.
So much for eating here again 2 Beef n Cheddar. 1 with Bacon but no cheese , this one was about the size of a quarter worth of cheese .5.99 each.+ TAX I think I'll let everyone know hit McDonald or BurgerKing at least there you get what you paid for...
Talk about a let down! Ordered 2 beef and cheddars, and apparently they like to skimp on the cheddar and meat. When you pay $6 per sandwich you better believe it needs to live up to the price!
