Does anyone kno how to answer a phone called multiple time on 10/14. I came threw the drive threw an ordered an number 1 with curly fries an spite. I get to work (night shift) go to stick my hand in the bag to grab a fry an there wasn't any in my bag. An I paid 11.38. Also donated a 1$ to the hungry children thing.
Just went through the drive thru and got a double roast beef and cheddar combo, the soda machine wasn’t working but I still had an up charge for strawberry lemonade, when I got home my French fry was only half full. Ridiculous!!! This meal was 13.00 and you can’t fill the fries?? On a positive note the girl working drive thru was very nice.
Great costumer service but this is my second time going here and both times my order has either been wrong or they forgot something that I’ve ordered. I ordered a number 5 which as you can see is supposed to be a crispy chicken not sliced deli meat. The last time I went they forgot my mozzarella sticks which are an extra $5 that I spent. What’s the point of ordering something when your not going to get what you paid for and wanted?
Blake was so friendly and hospitable. We were “those people” who showed up 15 mins before close just wanting some fries and a coke and this man made fresh ones for us, had us pull up and everything. Thanks Blake the fries were fresh and crispy!!
Very quick service and the food was hot and fresh. 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches. Good price
Food was good, except for the hard top buns. I didn't get the sauce I wanted they gave me marinara which has tomato paste in it and I did tell them I was allergic to tomatoes ????. The lady taking my order didn't hear me very well. But the guy who gave me my food forgot my drink then had to make sure I wasn't lying about my said drink, gave me a medium instead of a large and even then after I said I thank you he gave me the most sarcastic "you... Are... Welcome?" Almost like a question. The interaction was just too bizarre not to share.
I was told they have No ROAST BEEF!???? So I ordered chicken and it was not cooked all the way through. I asked for a drink carrier or asked that my shakes get put into a bag, the woman said what!? I'll give you a bag so you can do it..,
Service has always been amazing to me. I don't care what these people write in these reviews. I read them and very much disagree with the poor reviews. Food is always good and hot and carefully rereading the order to ensure my order is correct. They're always so nice and will do anything to make sure you get the service you deserve. Props to the general manager, Zoey! She's absolutely amazing and so sweet!
