Their computers were down yesterday but they still were filling orders left and right. They seemed to be all on the same team and using great communication. As soon as I told her my order, a coworker said “I’ll make the sandwich, you make the meal”. My food was done in a jiffy and they were able to see through their tough situation as a fun/laughing matter. Great job!
Food was great, as always. I ordered online and there was a mistake with my order. When I brought this to the cashiers attention, she was extremely rude. I asked if something could be done about it (app problem) and was told no, that's what was ordered. Mistakes happen, but to be so dismissive and not empathetic really ruined my experience. I will think twice about where to get lunch from now on.
Food came out nice and hot. A little wait time but very good. Left happy and full. Will come back.
Thank GOD for Culver’s because I’ve never had a place mess up fries TWICE? First time they were ALL stale. Second time I asked for them to be made fresh. I explained my order, they apologized, and quickly handed me curly fries. Which was 1. Not the right fries. And 2. WERE ALSO STALE?!?

Came in Sunday, October 6th, around 12:30.
It was slammed.
Far busier than usual, they were understaffed, and the folks working were getting it done (they deserve a raise.
Everyone in the restaurant was being kind and understanding of the situation.
It gave me hope for the country to see folks being kind and patient.
We'll done.
Our kids love some Arby's specialties and we take them there every once in a while.
This time the curly fries were so old and overcooked that even kids refused to eat them. We have ordered four drinks and got two straws to come with. There must be some serious shortage there, we just couldn't decide what kind...
Wrong order. A bit slow but guy was in training I think. Still good food
The burger was half cold and had a weird sauce on it, I don't recommend the burger. The curly fries were awesome
