I order 1/2 roast beef(how can you ness that up) 2 white cheddar Mac n cheese- I really liked it. But I was most excited for the new spicy chicken. I ordered without jalapenos. This is my fish sandwich. Mind you this is how it was wrapped and it felt squished for some reason. This was the worse service I have ever had and the bad part the manager Candice was on the line and was the one bagging. So she knew exactly what I was getting! This is horrible.
Normally a decent and good experience but I went 3 days ago around 8 pm and ordered a half lb roast beef and a prime rib and I was in drive through for 45 min no exaggeration. But typically it's a quicker experience. I took a pic of the number for complaints. If it continues and take that long again then I will be calling to complain.
Usually fast, quick, and great service. But I am not going to write a review based off of that, rather I’m going to share my experience tonight. Ordered mobile 10 minutes before leaving, got there and waited 30 minutes for my order. They got the drinks mixed up too. A man walked in, ordered, and got his in about 10 minutes. Fun fact: MY order just had been sitting there under the warmer. This is unacceptable considering I had 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, and 1 fry. HORRIBLE experience!!!
Service was really great. Dining area and beverage station was neat and clean. The food was 8 out of 10.
The wife and I enjoyed a meal there yesterday. We had two quite humble meals. The food was very good. Just not a value for the cost. Didn't leave there full, but did leave there 28.00 dollars less than impressed. Way way too expensive for two simple meals at a fast food restaurant.
Ok. Sooooooooo. I ordered some cookies. I didn’t get what I ordered but they tried fixing it by baking more for me…which they did. However the ones they gave me weren’t cooked all the way. Either way. I can bake them more and I appreciate y’all trying to fix the mishap. Till next time
Overall great place especially for the roast beef and french dip sandwich.
