I haven't been to Arby's in years. I ordered the brisket sandwich meal which cost me over $14 including tax. I'm so disappointed because the sandwich lacked the brisket.
Arby, where's the meat? I will never order again or come back to Arbys. Also parking lot has so many pot holes.
I want so much to be generous with my rating based on service - very friendly drive through, taking orders and chit chat with a smile and they asked me to park a few feet away to wait for my order to be handed to me after I paid - 5 stars.
Based on food - well I got the 2 for $7 coupon deal. The gyro was cold, at best room temperature. It had shredded lettuce that was shredded so finely even finer than the cheese! I understand they're skimping due to recession but something has to be on par to stay competitive. I love to patronize local fast food esp when I don't eat out much. Businesses have to stay so people can have livelihood. Hope they will up their game on the food they offer/serve.

Ordered food. No problems with that, but no receipt. Was told receipt printer not working. This is at least the 4th time this has happened there. Why? Hard to tell if they are ringing you up correctly when they wont give you a receipt. Kinda shady to me.

Ordered some of our usuals which were good. Also ordered the pecan chicken salad. Tasted good but the amount of filling in the sandwich was maybe half of what pictures show it should be. When I didn't see any fillings from outside of sandwich, I opened it and took a picture. Definitely not what it should have been. each slice of bread is like an inch thick, so it overwhelmed the filling.
Disappointed in your 5.99 sandwich.
I don't normally eat Arby's but now that Goodburger 2 is coming out, and this place owns the promotional burger, I figured I would try it out! What a mistake!!! Drive-thru is filled with potholes so you're better off staying away before that burger visit results in a new alignment. First warning sign was the fact the lobby and front doors were locked, so needless to say you're forced to go through the drive-thru. I received my order, got home and was completely surprised by the quality food I had received. Not a good burger at all, and nothing like the advertisement ie. no shredded lettuce, just throw together on and bun and honestly for the price paid, quite small. You're better off going to BK and having it your way. Highly disappointed!!!
Simply put, they didn't put my pecan chicken salad sandwich in the bag and I didn't realize until I got home. I called, they apologized and said I could come back to get it. Drove right back, got my sandwich and a complimentary order of sweet potato fries. Drove back home, opened the sandwich and saw the saddest, driest sandwich I had ever seen or ate. There was absolutely NOTHING holding it together and the bread was just there, cold and hard holding on for dear life. I Iiterally had to try to make it edible at home with no success. Unacceptable and I WILL NOT be returning! I hope you all read these reviews and really take in to consideration what people are saying because you all are in too busy of an area to give less than sub par service and food.
The store smells like puke. I'm honestly not impressed with this arbys at all. The girl at the counter ignored me to play on her phone and I heard them say the needed to get the store cleaned up because the gm was on her way
I did not eat on this visit because the person working the drive thru took more than 2 minutes to acknowledge me. When she did, she asked me to wait to take my order. I waited another 2 minutes and then pulled off because she had not taken my order. There were no other cars in line ahead of me or behind me. Drove to Burger King two doors down. They were busier but the service was faster.
