Place hasn't been open long and has already declined. Idk what it is about people that work in the food industry in Rigby... nothing ever stays good. This Arby's is now basically a dumpster fire. Half the time you don't even know if they are open or not because there are little to no lights on inside. If you pull up the drive through order box, I have had times nobody came on even though it was during business hours and there was no sign about being closed. Food takes forever to come through and most of the time you won't get your sauce. Staff is usually very nice but based off everything happening inside they're also incompetent or just really do not care. Everytime we come here it's worse and worse. The food isn't even up to quality when you get it. And based off last night what you do get probably won't even be what you ordered. We ordered 2 large meals, and got small drinks with those even after specifically asking for large. Unfortunately by the time we got home I also realized the BBQ chicken wrap I had ordered was changed to a Buffalo chicken wrap. If they were busy I understand things happen and wires get crossed in the chaos. But this place is never that busy. They even tried to give my husband the wrong order from the person ahead of us that didn't get their food for whatever reason and just drove off... so we know it was just a swapped ordered. Just lack of care. Nobody from top to bottom cares enough to be there to have a good staff or hold any one accountable for anything. Waste of space in a good building at this point.
Waited about 25 min for 2 meals that were ordered online for pickup and were set to be ready before I even arrived. The place was filthy! No one even acknowledged me during the time I was waiting at the pickup rack. Got home and there was no dip for the French dip, which was fine honestly. After seeing how gross this place was, I didn't even want my food.
Did not like the locals watching US like we were criminals we had to stop in an get food for the road the locals do not like people of color at all you can get that vibe very sad in todays society ????
$7 deal with double meat, woohoo. The crinkle cut fresh where cooked perfectly. Idaho knows how to cook potatoes ????
This place is disgusting. I'm food safe certified so when I bought my son Mac n cheese and after he ate 3 bites and I noticed MOLD I called them and politely asked the manager on duty to check their mrds (good by dates). "Oh they're made fresh every morning" "wish I could have seen a picture, there's no way" I tried to get you guys to fix it... This is the second time serious issues with food safety has been brought to your attention and you shrug it off. Well ma'am two of your employees told me opposite of what you did. Fix your stuff before you kill someone. Oh and here's your pic...
I don’t write reviews often but the customer service I just received from one of the young ladies working the drive-thru tonight was awesome! Great customer service is hard to come by these days. I wish I would’ve caught her name. She deserves a raise!! Keep up the great work, it really makes a difference (:
Double check everything, you probably won't get your whole order, and what you get will be wrong
We just popped in after getting gas, so I wasn't expecting much. But everyone was so nice and friendly, and we enjoyed talking with Dameon who went above and beyond. Even the person who gave us our food was friendly when they didn't need to be. Later, when a small mixup happened, they specifically came to find us at our table and make it right immediately. They were great and made what I expected to be a quick stop for food a great experience.
