Fries were old and cold. Sides were not in the bag. Sandwiches are thrown together and not appetizing. Desert turnovers are rarely available.
I've ordered chicken from the San Mateo location in Albuquerque, NM twice in the last two months. BOTH times (in a row) the chicken was burnt almost black. I just want you to know that this particular location has done this twice in a row now. Unacceptable.
Placed an online order. When I went inside to pick up my order I was notified they were out of some of the items. So I asked for a refund, which seemed crazy to the girl. Why would I pay for something I was not receiving. She then proceeds to get the manager who comes over and tells me i need to call the number on the app, which is the direct number to the store I am STANDING in. He then calls HIS boss on speaker phone and trying to explain to him the situation and all the boss says is take her name and number. So this was yesterday at 4:31 pm to be exact and I have not got a call back from anyone there and when you try to call the store the number is not working.
The service was great, employees were friendly, and got my food right away. I had got the 2 for $6 sandwich deal, along with the curly fries. Woo, it's was worth the freshness & wait. Everything was nice and hot, especially the curly fries. Delicious ???? On a budget, sweet.
Dirty windows. Trash on the floor. Took them nearly 15 minutes to take our order. And they definitely didn't like that we were there.
Loved the historic building! At 70 years old, it has more character than all the new buildings that are just nondescript. It's fun thinking about all the people who have passed through the doors.
Got the Diablo beef. It is hot! I like hot.
Restaurant was clean and service was good.
We were on thy mood for their new Wagyu burgers. They had a couple of new hires in training, who in sure will catch on soon. Burgers weren't exactly made as we ordered, but they were good. I look that's to returning when everyone is s lithe more seasoned, and I bet they get the order correct. Good luck to the new crew members!
My order was not made correctly! The server who delivered the food blamed it on the manager. The server said the manager would not allow me to get two bacon turkey sandwich with the sauce on the side and no onions, 5 beef arby melts with the cheese on the side, and a Philly cheese sandwich with no sauce.
I asked to speak to the manager who proceeded to tell me I didn't order it that way; which was a lie.The manager then proceeded to tell me I have never eaten at that Arbys because he hasn't seen me; I have eaten there on occasion and thought this was an interesting thing to tell someone.
I paid $61 dollars and gave the food back. Then Max the manager would not give me a refund and gave me the corporate number to call. That was the worse experience I have had in a long time. I give this experience no stars but it made me give it one.
