The Arby's in Madison is wonderful. They are fast and they get my order right every single time. And the people that work there are always friendly. Loved it
I arrived around 9pm, had low expectations. The young lady at the drive thru was so courteous and friendly. I had to wait a few mins for FRESH, HOT food, which is never a bad thing. My food was delicious. Kudos to the young lady in the drive thru. She made my day just by being nice.
Asked for a #2 (beef and cheddar) combo and was given just beef. Not even any sauce on the sandwich.
The customer service was wonderful. There is a sandwich they used to have on the menu (just a basic turkey and Swiss) and I asked if they still had it. Originally they said no, but they went above and beyond by asking if they could make it for me (without me even having to say anything or ask) & they were able to, which was so awesome and kind of them to do. I really appreciated this, and if by chance the employees who did that for me are reading this: thank you so much! You went out of your way for me that day and you didn’t have to do that.
I usually don't review fast food locations but the staff here was so noticably pleasant it was a great experience. They deserve the recognition! Order was correct and food tasted great.
I spoke with an employee there named G and they were so unbelievably delightful and helpful. Anyone can serve great curly fries but but this person truly went above and beyond and absolutely made my day with their kindness and positivity. Give G a raise!!
Went at 9pm 8/29 to order a shake and was told we don't have any shakes. I asked do you mean you don't have any on the menu? Right, none of them, not the machine is broke, we already cleaned the machine, just we don't have none. Mmmk
According to the employees the GM "Tanya" is complaining about how I drive through the drive through. My vehicle is right hand drive. If I don't come through the drive through in reverse I have to put the car in park. Get out of the car and walk around to obtain my food. I have driven through hundreds of drive throughs like this without a single issue. So congratulations Tanya. I will never come to your location again. The frys were cold and my sauce was missing for my French dip anyways. Place honestly could use a good cleaning too. The Arby's in Lebanon is a much better location. Don't waste your time here. As a paying customer. I think I deserve at the very least respect. Not a rude and disrespectful manager yelling at me through the window because of how I drive through. Without any incidents may I add.
